Below the average . Rooms are average, not very clean Stuff are friendly and nice. Location very good. Breakfast not good

Брали в этой гостинице большой номер для всей семьи. В целом остались довольны. Расположение гостиницы отличное, первая линия. Персонал приветливый. Могло быть чуть почище в номере , но это в целом придирки. Из явных минусов - слабый вай фай( номер был на последнем этаже во втором корпусе).

A  beautiful place for holidays, not too expensive, good atmosphere and personal, good room cleaning, bar and pool you can party with free drinks if you take all included, a safe place to stay with family or in couples and a friend Kadir who can help with any problems.

Overall the hotel was lovely, perfect for couples! Me and my partner stayed for 7 nights, I would recommend this hotel for couples or friends, not families with lots of kids. ROOM: our room was a standard double room (balcony, double bed in bedroom with very up to date air conditioning unit, bunk beds in lounge area with bench, fridge and TV). The room was very clean, very spacious, cleaners respected the do not disturb sign, towels and bedding changed every 3 days. Did not request pool view so can’t comment on that but we could see the surrounding hotels and it was lovely. POOL: Pool was lovely, not the biggest but we knew that before coming, there weren’t many sun loungers around the pool so grab them whilst you get the chance (no fault of the hotel). Music around the pool, staff dancing and singing, plenty of fun. DINING: plenty of space for dining both in the restaurant, outside and in the communal area. ALL INCLUSIVE: me and my partner stayed all inclusive, they were open until 22:00pm. If you, or the person you are coming with, is a fussy eater then I would not recommend the all inclusive. Unfortunately there weren’t many options (one main to choose from) but plenty of choice for salad bar. There weren’t many drinks included on the all inclusive, ie you have to pay for cocktails, however me and my partner aren’t fussy drinkers so vodka redbull became our favourite! STAFF: well, the staff were absolutely incredible. They catered to all of our needs with no complications, very friendly and welcoming. We left for the airport at 4am this morning and the lady at reception helped us fill our noodles so we could eat, very accommodating SPA FACILITIES: me and my partner enjoyed the spa very much, and recommended it to everybody that we could. We had the package deal 3 which was an estimate of £32, included many specialities. We enjoyed the massage that much that we booked again before we left! The girls who did our package were incredible regardless of their lack of English they tried their best and were very good at their job. SURROUNDINGS: the beach was at the doorstep practically, sun loungers were cheap at the beach and lots of bar and restaurants to chose from. Many restaurants to the left and right of the hotel, and plenty of markets too! I highly recommend CASPER BAR ANTALYA which is to the left of the hotel, the ALANYA STEAK was just incredible and we must have had this 3/4 times! We would also recommend BONES, to the right of the hotel, their customer service was exceptional and staff from both restaurants were very accommodating. We booked a boat tour from the tourist place a bit further up from bones, around £32 each for 4/5 hours on the boat with a foam party, music, plenty of chances to swim in the sea etc, highly recommend! The only downside to this hotel was that there is no entertainment on during the night, however plenty of places outside of the hotel to enjoy. First of all, the location of the facility is right in the city and by the sea. We had a peaceful and quiet holiday as a family. The reception and hotel staff and the manager lady were always helpful quickly and kindly. The food and drinks were standard and clean.

First time in Alanya with my Girlfriend, & despite this being 3-star the vibe was lovely, rooms & dining area clean & the staff were absolutely awesome. Got a nice welcome & shown about by Kadir. Bar staff of Kaya, Arda & Deniz were friendly & very helpful. The spa is a strong recommendation if you go - Felt amazing afterwards. Beach is also directly across the road. Food was good but could’ve been more choice. All inclusive beer is quite heady but it’s not exactly the worst thing when it’s essentially unlimited. Pool is chilly but that’s lovely if it’s hot. Recommend this place we had a fantastic time.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway, but our experience was marred by a concerning incident. One morning, while we were still asleep, a hotel staff member ENTERED our room without a notice. They didn't say anything and left without explanation, leaving us feeling uneasy and intruded upon. We could be changing clothes or even something else! HORRIBLE!

In serious need of an upgrade. The location is brilliant but it needs a facelift. The rooms are tired and if you are on the right hand side of the hotel you are faced with a building site, not the hotels fault but it means you can't open your balcony door whilst they are working (Should be done by the 15th May), the same goes for swimming in the hotel pool as the workmen tend to stare. The food is hit-and-miss, not to everybody's tastes and the staff do try. The good thing is that Location was very close to restaurants. I'd recommend the hotel for its location but wouldn't recommend it for anything else, unfortunately. The Hamamm is brilliant and separate from the hotel, and I can highly recommend it.

Absolutely p*ss poor - would not stay in this hotel for a million pound , rude staff, absymal food and drink , would rather stay at home What a sh*t hole , absolutely nothing like the photos , expect to be nothing but dissapointed

So disappointed! We were the only English family of 7, 3 generations. The food was salad, salad & salad! No choice in the ‘meat’ section. Ate out every evening. You had to pay for ice creams, no matter what time of day. 1/2 cups of coffee served. Water s.s out of large bottle but in the sun most of day so warm! 4 p.m. had ‘snacks’, inedible unless you wanted to break your teeth! I had a room to myself for 2 weeks. Neither bedding nor towels were changed during that time. ‘Bar had very limited drinks to choose from and closed @ 10 p.m. couldn’t even buy a drink as there wasn’t anything except Efes or ‘flat’ fizzy soft drinks during the day. People putting towels on the few sun beds at 4.00 a.m but not showing up until very late morning! When someone complained the porter took 12 or so off. Next thing from nowhere people came and sat on the beds only for there to be arguments later. When we said who’d taken them off he didn’t admit to it and told people to sort among themselves! If run properly this could have been quite a lovely hotel? Roundabout every restaurant had the same menus but varying prices! Wouldn’t go again .

It was noisy and not clean at all. There was misleading and wrong information regarding free wi-fi, and free sun lounges and sun umbrellas. They are charging you for everything even though it is not stated. I would prefer staying elsewhere if I had known these..

My wife and myself were guests of Hawaii Suite Beach Hotel this season for the second time for two weeks.Last year We spend also two weeks there and We were very satisfied,so I gave the review with title "Five stars for three star Hotel -Recommended"(You can read it). My impressions of this Hotel is even better comparing to last year.Everything from my last review is still the same and valid and I want to assure You that this Hotel is absolutely best value for Your money. To start with the rooms,big enough for two persons,clean,comfortable,with air-con,TV,fridge,safe,big bathroom and nice terrace.WiFi in room is extra.Cleaning is every day regular,with clean towels and everything You ask.Elevator was working all the time. There is little pool between two sister buildings,very clean,next to the bar. Location and position of Hotel is very good,very close to the center of the city.First line to the Sea,and very long sandy beach is just across the boulevard (like in Canes/Nice,France). There is possibility to rent sunbeds and parasols at fair price. There is also nice SPA in Hotel,popular among guest. Food is mostly for Turkish taste,but also attractive for others, that means a lot of dishes mediteranian style,very healthy,with lot of different salads, soups,meats,fruits and sweets. I don't understand all this non Turkish people,specially British who expect their kitchen style in other country.If you are not ready to taste something different,pls.stay at home.The second thing I saw in many reviews is unreal system of value.People are paying 3 star budget Hotel and put a lot of critics becouse it is not at the level of some 5 star Savoy. To be honest in this Hotel You can get maximum for Your money. There is something You can't measure with money value.That's people/stuff.Very nice,polite,hard working people,always smiling and ready to help You.
