Alaiye Kleopatra Hotel

Прекрасный очень компактный городской отель с лояльным персоналом. Проживание, питание, обслуживание- все отлично. Расположен в 1км. от центральной точки города. Пляж Клеопатры в 200 метров. Не понравился очень маленький номер. Даже для двоих, да еще стояла дополнительная кровать, гардероб очень маленький, матрасы не очень хорошие.

Lovely little hotel. Kadur on reception is absolutely lovely always smiling and ready to help. The restaurant staff are absolutely fantastic especially Mesut, what a great lad really looks after you. I have got to say all the lads in the bar and restaurant work really hard and are always smiling. Be sure to show you're appreciation. Couldnt fault this fabulous place at all. Lovely beach 2 minutes away and sunbeds 1 euro a day if you reserve at the hotel. Take no notice of the negative reviews because really, there isn't anything negative about this place. Only downside it is a long transfer but hey ho.

My partner sat on the toilet our second day as he sat down the toilet seat snapped It was repaired the same day but 2 days later we were harrised by reception to pay for it Surely that is classed as wear an tear totally un acceptable

Excellent located hotel when we arrived the reception lady Hader took control and made it easy check in and also changed our room bed pillows super had a good sleep the hotel is immensely clean food was superb with variety of veg and non veg dishes the Chef also made infront of you eggs steak pancakes etc staff were very very friendly apart from language barrier hamam sauna jacuzzi swimming pool all good except for massage as they do very very heavy handedly one bad part everything is extra you have to pay for it most times excursions they offer choice of food eg fish or chicken nothing else mentioned time to eat pay for chips drinks etc although you payed for the trip even cabs your transport from airport to hotel although payed drivers still ask actually for tips

Where here now. Having a great time. The staff cannot do enough for you. We asked for a high floor poolside. Don't go past the 5th floor. We were put on the 6th and the shower was not a walk in it was a high sided shower over bath. We asked to change rooms and they moved us to a beautiful room walk in shower and sea view. We couldn't have asked for better. Food is limited so far We have always found something to eat and enjoyed it. We have got a sun bed round the pool everytime we wanted one. The beach is just over the road if you fancy that. Buy a ticket at hotel reception much cheaper. Lots of shops bars ect all around the hotel. So a great location.

I spent wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was perfect, we felt like in heaven. Customer service is awesome - helpful, opened, smiling all the time. Breakfast, lunch and dinner - tasty, fresh, variety of meat, fish, rice, fries. Fresh salads, fruits and awesome cakes (I dream about baklava). Waiters the best in the whole world - you have to look out for your dishes, because they will clean it very fast;) Rooms are clean, not bad view from the balcony. Close to the Kleopatra beach, where you have free wi-fi. Connection is not perfect but in general not bad. Very helpful staff! We felt like home, even better. Love you all!

Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff. Kader on the reception was so lovely, funny and helpful, she is a wonderful first impression. The rooms we clean, housekeeping daily. The food was good, but was repeated on the 2nd week. My only disappointing factor would be, cocktails are not included in the all-inclusive bookings, the pool is lovely if you can swim, there is a sudden drop in depths. Great location. Beach is less than 5min walk to a beautiful beach. Buy your sun loungers at the hotel. Plenty of shops, bars restaurants if you fancy a change. The hotel is situated on the main *****. When we arrived at night I panicked thinking we would not get any sleep from music from the bars so close. How wrong I was, the hotel was quiet, NO noise disturbances. We were a family of 6 adults and had the best time.

Had a great holiday at this hotel. I went with my 3 children 15 18 20 and had 2 rooms double standard which where interconnected rooms. Firstly the location of the hotel is perfect. The beach is across the road and the hotel's wifi works there. The hotel is on a main road but you will have everything on your doorstep: shops, resturants, money exchange, everything is just outside. In the evenings the vibe is really good and feels really safe. The cable cars are just about a 15 minute walk away. The hotel itself is really nice and clean. We were on the second floor. Rooms are a bit small but the bathroom was good with walk in showers. We went all inclusive, and food and drink is avalible all through the day. The food does get a bit repetative and we did go out to eat a few times, food not really catered for the british. The spa in the hotel is amazing and is a must try. The staff in the spa are so good had the best massage. Overall a really nice stay and any issues i did have have where dealt with quickly. All staff where really welcoming.

Offered this hotel as part of Easyjet package which sounded great value for money, but it was marred by many issues which hampered the comfort for a better one! Hotel has steps leading to main road which its hard if you have luggages and difficulty in movements. Room spacious but has a sofa bed in it making room space limited, Wifi do not work even though it continually go on and off Breakfast or main restaurant room ver spacious with lots of choices, but only turkish items on buffet, ie: soups, olive, salad, salty cheeses, chicken and lots of varied vegetables Asked for a croissant and was told we dont do! All waiters DO NOT speak english, just one person can translate words, No labels on all dishes of the buffet, Various jams and whatsoever but again you do not know what they are, asked a waiter and of coz he doesn’t know either, Lunch buffet limited on assortment of international dishes, only know local cuisine. Dinner almost the same, food not hot enough, simple dishes but no flavours, all the same salad as from breakfast, lunch exposed as usual. Cakes had a better choice but no label or ingredients shown. Ask for details and being told ask someone else, Drinks dispenser were very sweet, good free choices of apple, chery, lemon and orange drink, Lots of bread selections but brown bread was hard as a rock, and white bread was very and extremely soft, you couldn’t spread butter on it! Fruits were very sour, (orange, satsumas, apple, pears), expected local fruits delicious and tasty but in reality all sour! Fruit salad was of sharp taste due to grapefruit being mixed in it, Coffee very strong and not a good flavour, Bar very nicely laid, but no drinks in it, only gin, whisky, vodka and one more. Beer and 1 wine, red or white. We asked for Baileys, or another liquor, was told not available, Bar serve light tea time from 1530 to 1700 with biscuits and homemade cakes one waiter said free another just gave you a bill without asking questions or telling why! Large outdoor swimming pool very appealing but water very cold, around 12c Indoor small pool water cold, around 20/25c, jacuzzi not much better Gym attendee’s were very helpful and polite with decent language spoken Hairdresser very helpful, spoke well and extremely friendly, Duty managers not much helpful either, In many occasions handicapped entrance at the back not manned we had to open ourselves. Night porters very helpful, together with a lady receptionist which spoke well with good manners and very friendly. Transfer to and from airport was superb. In many occasions bedrooms doors were slummed shut disregarding other guests sleeping or not, including middle of nights or early mornings.
