I was at the hotel for a week in August 2023 for work. It's a fantastic hotel. Service was good food was good. Design is very welcoming. Location is just on the sea. I got room 1009 which is probably one of the best rooms. It's more like a suite. It's a corner room at the end of the hall and has the best view of the Caspian sea. My colleague got room 1008. looks like the twin of my room 1009 (I think mine had a bit better view). Our superior got room 1109 which was above mine. I believe room 1109 is the best in the hotel. Hotel is on a cliff so lobby is on 6th floor. There is a nice promenade along the sea. 2 km to the north you get to the I love Aktau sign. Heading south you arrive at the pier from which you can take boat trips. July August it can get quite hot so avoid hot hours. Try and walk before 10:00 and/or after 19:00. The water can be surprisingly cold but its fun swimming in the sea. In the summer its fun to walk along the promenade at the vicinity of the I Love Aktau sign.

The most terrible Hotel i ever stay. We as Family checked in for two days stay in May 2023 with our 22 months old dauther. In evening time we realized that the hotel has been also used as wedding party amenity with very loud music and other things till very late time. Our dauther couldn't sleep until 1:30AM. Several calls to reception doesnt work at all!!! I would not recommend this "Hotel" to anyone, especially with kids.

we decided to have a getaway in Aktau , picked Caspian RIviera based on the reviews. we booked a room over the phone, then had to change the date. we were not charged for the booking nor for the date change- this is great ! we arrived early morning, the staff let us check in at 12.00- what a great service ! So we left the bags in the hotel's special baggage room and left to explore the shore. the breeze was just wnderful and fresh ! The Caspian sea as well as any other has that power to recharge you with the energy ! so we walked along the road nexr to the shore, found Istanbul cafe - luckily they were open and served turksih breakfast. after the breakfast and walking along the shore agaon - we came to the hotel, checked in, and another great surprise- we had a free admission for the Sturgion Tour in the Aqaurium at the Hotel . It surely was interesting and interactvie one ! Thanks to the Guide and the hotel ! the room is clean and nice, we could open the balcony door for the fresh breeze or just have a tea- coffee overlooking the sea. room cleaning ladies are great, nice and quiet ! reception's young people are always helpful and professionals. breakfast is also nice- you have a good variety of snacks, eggs, saussages, veggies, fruits, desserts, cereal, tea coffee - all this you can have overlooking the sea. we enjoyed our stay ! thanks to the whole team of Caspian riviera!

Very attentive and helpful stuff, beautiful view and hotel itself.

I had to leave the hotel 1 day earlier than planned. But Hotel did not refund the money back. So you should not go for payment. let them wait until your check out

The hotel is okay. But the service in the restaurant is terrible. the waiter did not come to my table for 30 minutes even after reminding. I had to go and order the food at the desk. But it appeared that they did not take the order from the first time. I had to go there again. After taking the order, they delivered a different food… what a terrible dinner time.

Снял люкс с видом на море, кончилась вода, пошёл на ресепшн попросить принести воду, очень грубо ответил парень, что дают 1 бут воды. Сказал ему, сменить тон, это всего лишь просьба принести воду. Ну да ладно, попросил в баре принести в номер воду, но так и не принесли. Утром на завтраке попросил приготовить яишницу шакшуку, сказали, это за отдельную плату. Очень разочарован уровнем гостиницы. Сервис на уровне школы. Больше точно не приеду к ним.

Отель расположен в черте города на берегу моря . Однако пляжа нет , вход в море через скалы . Но есть прекрасная Скальная тропа - отличное место для пеших прогулок у моря , Номера просторечные и чистые , есть халаты , фен , тапочки, мыльные принадлежности и набор для чистки зубов . Завтраки накрываются на террасе с видом на море . В наличии несколько видов каш, яйца, овощи, фрукты , выпечка . Кофе приносят из бара по просьбе . В отеле также имеется осетровая ферма , рыб можно посмотреть на 0 или 1 этаже , при этом ресепшн находится на 6 этаже ))

Ужинали компанией в честь Дня Рождения в ресторане этого отеля , в Аквариум. Ужасное обслуживание , официант не может различить элементарно белое вино от красного , не говоря уже о сухом , полусухом и т.д. При этом вход в этот «аквариум» платный , от 30 000 тенге, обещают что заходить никто и беспокоить Вас не будет . По итогу через раз забегают дети и гости отеля , пока ты ужинаешь , не приятно. Заказываешь одно - приносят другое , не предупреждая разливают , накладывают , а договориться с официантом невозможно , он не понимает русский , Английский . Еда относительно вкусная , что-то холодное Обещали поздравить хотя бы чизкейком со свечкой , у молодой девушки были день рождение , обещали - не сделали . Настроение испорчено напрочь

Если изменить сервис, то возможно будет лучше. Дважды останавливались в отеле, однажды сказали номер готов, постель была не заправлена, простынь принесли поздно вечером, вспомнили. Второй раз не оказалось второго комплекта для ванной. При этом отель бронировался сильно заранее. На ресепшн бывает много девушек, но лишь одна знает, что делать с гостями и что отвечать. Долго, неприятно. Неприятный момент с рестораном-верандой. Девушка-администратор не извинившись, спросила почему мы здесь сидим, не уточнив у сотрудников про рассадку, потом принесли просто пустую чашку… потом не оказалось кассира на рабочем месте и сдачу нечем выдать, вдобавок еда оказалась как в столовой. Приятный был только вид на закат. Тк номер был с видом на море, очень хорошо слышно ночную дискотеку из ресторана-веранды, что доставляет неудобства гостям в номерах.

O hotel apresenta-se muito bonito, com estrutura bem definida e boa decoração. A localização é, certamente, uma das melhores da cidade. Porém, o serviço é lastimoso. Ao chegar, a recepcionista pediu 5 minutos para inspecionar nosso quarto, o que já não é positivo, uma vez que já havia nossa reserva. Ao nos acompanhar ao quarto, verificou que faltavam itens, solicitando que fossem trazidos (ela faltou com a verade e não inspecionou o quarto). Após o check-in fomos almoçar. Após 40 minutos de longa espera, após 5 horas de aeroporto e vôo, recebemos uma tábua de frutos do mar fria, que não se podia comer (considerem que o prato tinha valor elevado). Resolvemos indo no supermecado na frente do hotel e comprando uma espécie de hamburguer. No jantar, novamente, comida fria. Nesse momento, o mercado estava fechado. Noite feliz... Recomendo evitar esse hotel, que além de prestar um serviço deplorável, compromete a imagem de Aktau, do Mangystan e do Cazaquistão. Uma tristeza e uma grande desilusão.
