It was an incredible 7 nights. Iberostar was a pleasant surprise. I had seen reviews of other hotels and was afraid, so I chose this hotel and it was the best decision. Location, entertainment and food options. I recommend it and I'll definitely be back!

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

Wow, wow, wow, best hotel we have ever been to. Restaurant staff and entertainment treat you like friends, if not royalty at times. Was so sad when talking to our waiter who couldn't do enough for us that he was leaving half way through the week,get this man back he really is a superstar please see first 2 pictures. Rozy and the entertainment team are amazing so friendly no one gets left out. Food amazing and lots of it. Beach and poolside always beds, seats free. Our cleaner always smiling and wishing us good morning. Walk past the pools and you are on the beach. This place is amazing if I could change anything would be heating outdoor pool but cannot score down for this as lovely indoor. My future son in law proposed to my daughter and the hotel and entertainment team made it sooooo special words fail me. We will be back for the wedding x

Still sat in this wonderful hotel watching the world go by hours before our departure. Not normally one to write a review but thought it would not be just if I did let others know how amazing the staff make this fantastic hotel. The animation team welcome you whether you wish to partake or not. The restaurant staff are fab and a big shout out to Ishmail in the main restaurant who can be found tending to your needs for lunch and evening meals where I can only say the food is delicious. The variety across our 7 day stay was fab. My biggest shout out goes to Majid (a big صَحَّا ) from the main pool bar. His advice and welcoming attentive attitude is nothing but outstanding. The customer experience he shared with us was amazing. Thanks Kantaoui Bay for a great holiday. See you again one day ⭐️

So where shall we begin. Stayed at this hotel for week. It’s been absolutely nothing short of brilliant. The food quality and cleanliness of the hotel are first class. But what has made out wonderful holiday awesome is the staff every single one of them have first class customer service skills. Nothing is too much trouble. We cannot find any faults it’s been amazing. Not only were all of the hotel staff great but Ismail shined through. He went out of his way every day and on my husband birthday he pulled out all the stops. With a beautiful table display and a cake. Thank you Ismail to you and all the staff at Iberostar selection Kantaoui bay . You should all be proud of the excellent customer care. We will return xxxx

I should start with the reason for my trip being to visit the Sahara for 7 days. During this I thought I would book a few hotels from my home in London to make sure I had accommodation. I did 7 days in the Sahara (I will let you know at the end who I did this with), then five nights in this hotel I am writing a review for. Upon arriving I was greeted by some friendly faces aswell as a refreshing welcome drink. Lovely touch and a genuine one. You can see the hotel management had thought about not only adding a nice touch upon arrival but also having genuine staff and characters at the right places. It was a late night check in and I was greeted by Wajid and Yousef! Great guys who were very accommodating throughout my trip. A thank you also to Waikiki and Sohail from the reception team. Additionally also to my floor supervisor Amel. The food in the restaurant for guests had a wide variety. I have stayed in hotels which offer tastier dishes as maybe the chefs are of a higher caliber, however with that said (only for a fair review) the selection, variety and dishes offered is more than sufficient. I would have multiple plates due to the choices being offered, having a good mix of traditional and international dishes. The staff are also very accommodating. A tight ship I must say! A special thank you to the stars of the show. If you need anything everyone is there to help but these guys… wow… Hiba who works on the front desk/guest relations. An amazing asset to your beautiful hotel. I really want to highlight how good she is with everybody and wish her the best in her career. It’s a bright one. Zamordr my room cleaner. An amazing heart and smile, looked after me and the room so well. And Amel who also works on front desk. She helped me on my next and last leg of my trip! … My 5 night stay at Iberostar Selection Diar El Andalous ensuring I was looked after the same way there. What???… Yes … lol. I stayed at both Iberostar's in Sousse back to back to compare, as I’m sure like many of you may be indecisive which hotel to stay if it’s your first visit given they are SO close to each other. The gym in this location is actually decent aswell if anyone is interested. I think they refurbished it as it had a good amount of equipment and machines. Great hotel to stay hence the 5* review and a huge thank you to all the staff for looking after me during my crazy stay. I did say I would mention where I booked my Sahara trip and it’s with these guys “Let’s Explore Tunisia” … all my travel arrangements handled if you do need the same. They even picked me up and dropped me off to the from the airport to the hotel. Just Google them.

Bassem camel man recommended excursions for us at good prices at the hotel. There’s quad biking, boat ride, camel riding and horse riding. We opted for horse riding on the beach during sunset and what a surreal experience it was! Beautiful weather and beautiful horses

Being here for the past week had been so needed. The food has been amazing, the hotel has been fantastic and the entertainment has been the best I have ever seen. They really got to know us and helped us around the area. Every night has been non-stop party as that’s what I’ve been hoping for. Roxy, sonic, Kai, loulou has been amazing. Fully recommend.

My experience here was relaxed and amazing. the facilities were clean, always prepared for us, one of the best things was the entertainment staff. they were always energetic and happy, especially Rozy, Loulou, Sonic, Hana and Johnny! ❤️❤️

The hotel was with far the best hotel I stayed at. Everything was amazing. The food, the service, the people. Everything was clean and neat. Everybody from the staff was giving their best to make your time worth it. You could ask for anything and always had a helping hand. The service in the dining room, at the pool or at the beach was just amazing, friendly and kind. The animation team was great, they did an excellent job. They offered volleyball, bodja, tabletennis, yoga, Aquagym, stretching, Zumba… and more. They were always up for a chat if you wanted to. But also had it quiet if you wanted to just relax. In the evenings, the animation did everything to give you an amazing night. Fakir shows, dancing, karaoke or funny sketches. We loved the Team of the animation. There is nothing negative to say about the hotel. We will come again!

THE BEST HOTEL EVER, WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!! I RECOMMEND FOR SURE!! A AMAZING ENTERTAINMENT TEAM AND STAFF EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING THE FOOD WAS GREAT AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE AS WELL BEST VACATION EVEE YOU REALLY NEED TO TRY THESE HOTEL IF YOU WANT A GOOD ONE
