Absolutely disgusting!!! Starting with arogant and rude service, a bottle of water per room even considering a family of 4 with 2 children staying in over 35° heat.. bar service refused serving sodas (all inclusive) if you won't pay extra for it. Disgusting room conditions with dirty stains on the carpets and beds, ants everywhere you could possibly imagine and disgusting splash stains on the mirrors which I don't even want to imagine what it is of... made me sick. Pools and loungers Absolutely dirty . Me or my children wouldn't enter the area at all. We didn't feel safe at night. As a cherry on the top, my son needed a nurse assistance as he got hurt by someone during the breakfast (Absolutely wild ) in already existing wound which re opened. We have been waiting for the nurse for about an hour when after we went to the nursery. There were STAINS OF BLOOD ALL OVER THE FLOOR, DIRT, RUST AND DUST!!!! The nurse cleaned his hands in a tissue and used this same tissue to clean my son's wound!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? As we were walking out of there he (nurse) stood in the doorway demanding paying him for the service... WHAT????? He intimidated me, scared me and my son by his way of talking and body language. I had to push him out of the way and went to the reception as fast as we could. As I made complain, all I've got in return was smirk and sorry... PLEASE AVOID THE PLACE!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING AS A FAMILY!!!! VERY POOR CONDITIONS, NO CARE AND SAFETY!!!!

Just can’t describe how bad this place is. We were dumped here after our TUI flight was cancelled. We had to endure 24 hours in this hell-hole. No water, food inedible, and the quality of the accommodation is barely 1 star. Staff are pretty nonchalant and we witnessed complaint after complaint at the reception. Thankfully we escaped after 24hours.

Abandoned here for one night by TUI due to flight issue. Worst experience ever. Hotel is dirty, unsafe and disgusting. The rooms smell, insects crawling all over you as you sleep. No towels provided and toilet barely flushed. Stained sheets and furniture.

We are here now enjoying our last couple of days of what has turned out to be 1 of the best holidays we have ever had. When I say my husband and I were treated like royalty believe me we were. On arrival we had a few minor issues in the room but when we spoke to reception they had another room ready for us very quickly. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel the most welcome we have ever felt on any other holiday. The entertainment team never stop and are all so friendly especially Zizzo who made us feel like we belong here and along with the other members of the entertainment team arranged for a birthday cake for me which I received on stage to all the staff and guests serenading me with happy birthday. The waiters and bar staff especially Mohammed on the pool bar and Yambo (also around the pool) the lovely young waiter who wouldn’t see our glasses empty were just amazing. 2 fabulous ladies in the restaurant made me feel so special making up a very pretty table for my birthday. Every member of staff in this hotel and on the beach are a credit to the El Mouradi group. For people wanting to visit here this hotel is great value for money. Whether you want to relax by the pool, a day on the private beautiful beach or taking part in any of the many activities including the excursions, this hotel has it all. Speak to Nabil to book your excursion he is amazing. In conclusion if you are a British couple or indeed a family as it’s very child friendly here and are looking for a budget friendly holiday then you really can’t go wrong at this hotel has it all. Ignore all the negative reviews and come and make your own mind up like we did, we are glad we did. If you enjoy the service from the staff please tip them, everyone here works so hard and a little tip may not be much to us but to them it means a lot.

Stayed in this hotel with my mum who is 73 yrs old … unfortunately we came on the 1st September unbeknown this is when the Algerian holidays were … we were the only English in the hotel and were shown where to eat which was in a makeshift area not the main restaurant as this was only for soft bands .., not all inclusive … felt we were not worthy . The Algerians were given priority !! After a discussion with managers we were told we could eat anywhere we wanted however no food as the Algerian people took all food then left it on the tables !!! Disgustingly wasteful , we are out at hard rock most nights and other restaurants. The beach restaurant was lively during the day . Staff amazing and waiter service … the best place in the whole hotel to eat. Staff on the beach lovely but had to pay for mattress for sunbeds !!! Or lay on a plastic broken sun lounger !!! Also the drinks at the bar not good … handed out cans of beer as no draft !!! If wanting bottles of water they were at a charge even tho all inclusive !! These should be free however charged for water by bar staff!!! Bought 10 bottles to put in room as ran out of water. Snack bar in lower lobby between 3/5 small sandwich . Nothing left for other guests as only sandwiches made by 1 member of staff was like being in a prison getting rations Wifi sporadic only worked in reception area not near pool and intermittent in room …. Staff tried to be accommodating however Algerians took over the place . Even the children were disgusting and so rude. Very clean in communal areas and cleaners work hard to keep hotel Clean … however clientele very dirty leaving cig ends and rubbish all over even tho bins to use, communal toilets also dirty and no paper towels or toilet roll to use. Rooms need updating as old, we were on the reception floor very spacious however wardrobes and dressing table area infested with ants . Also in the bathroom . Shower in bath enamel in bath all chipped and very sharp when stood in bath to get a shower had to put a towel in bath to stand on as not to cut feet !! Clean towels daily in roomshowever only 1 large towel daily had to ask for more towels as 2 persons in room. All in all I think we chose the wrong week which put a total Dampener on our holiday. The Algerian rude people were everywhere and totally took over the hotel and they were gready and wasteful with food … Love this area of Tunisia however this hotel Not the best … would never return to this hotel however have stayed at the other Mouradi hotels which were a lot better booked to return November so will walk past this hotel and put it down to experience!!!

Stayed here for one night following flight delay. Extremely poor service with rude, unhelpful and unprofessional staff. Was put in a dirty room that hadn't been cleaned since previous occupants vacated it. Used toiletries, lots of sand and urine left in bathroom. Insects, (I think ants) all over the beds that still had dirty sheets on. Got a few bites despite spraying insect repellant. Had to persistently and assertively argue for towels, water and toilet paper. I am a teacher and I am extremely polite but unfortunately was still treated disrespectfully by staff in the hotel. When they say no, they get angry if you continue to respectfully pursue your request. Was actually told to walk around the hotel asking any maids I could find if they had toilet paper. None had any. Was also told to buy water from the Bazaar they had managed to open at 2am, yet they couldn't manage to open the door to the restaurant to allow us to fill water bottles! Disgraceful!!! The restaurant was so busy that it was challenging to get food. As soon as a tray of food came out people honestly pushed you out of the way to grab it. People grabbed a full plateful. Full tables of food piled high was left by guests. Can't understand why people do this but the hotel need to take some responsibility for poor organisation. Pool was very odd and over organised. No jumping in and had lane ropes in. Not a 'fun' pool. Couldn't spend time at any of these pools. The beach was amazing. So glad I can end on a positive.

I had a nice time here overall the staff were nice to me .. the only issue is whenever you go to eat the lines to get your food are were uncomfortable because the other tourists are in your personal space almost touching you the tourists act like savages like they never seen food in their lives !! and had no manners ..I’m talking about the tourists (NOT the servers or staff) because they were nice and accommodating and I loved the pools and the their very small beach area and the animation team-choice of music wasn’t great they should just stick to Arabic music it would be much better!! the unlimited drinks and food was good they many choices.. I recommend they should buy a juicer machine for fresh juice that be great my room had cold air conditioning which was a blessing to me

We stayed for 2 nights with friends. The hotel is very old and tired and run down and not clean at all the pillows are mouldy and towels all stained . We had ants in our room crawling in the bed but I must say the receptionist tried very hard to assist from checking to resolve this . The food and dining is an experience in its self !! The hotel can’t help the guests but despite that the ambiance and quality of food is not even a rating . We ate out even at breakfast. Sadly I would not recommend this hotel .
