"The receptionist was very unresponsive and spoke in a very low voice, as if it were inconvenient for her to speak. You had to repeat yourself three or four times before you could hear her. The check-in process was slow and tedious, and she didn't even offer a smile. Furthermore, it took forever to bring things we requested. When we checked in with a child, they didn't provide slippers or a children's toothbrush; we had to call two or three times before they finally brought them. In short, this was the most disappointing Atour hotel I've ever stayed at."

"This 4-star hotel offered good service, including free airport shuttle, late check-out, and a well-stocked breakfast. The rooms were spacious, especially the bathroom, which was enormous. Located in the city center, it was convenient for getting around. Overall, a good stay was recommended. Special thanks to Xiaohua from the front desk and driver Mr. Wang for their service!"

XI AN HOTELLE

"First, the room smelled terrible due to backflow from the drain. I told the front desk the first time, and they even lit incense for me, but it didn't help. They only changed my room after I insisted. Second, regarding the parking fee downstairs, I paid for it myself in the morning. Since my car hadn't left within 15 minutes of check-in, I went to the front desk to inquire. They told me to pay it myself first, and they would reimburse me when I returned. Then, when I checked out, the hotel started shirking responsibility, making all sorts of excuses. It's not that I can't afford one night's parking fee, but I can't stand the way these businesses behave; it's unbearable! This was the worst hotel I stayed in during my trip to Aksu, bar none."
