Very bad hotel because of different reasons 1. We booked hotel by phone 500$ but when we came here they said no you have to pay 600$ 2. For dinner we asked reception and we asked staff who work in dinner sector they said it cost (220 tl) then after 5 min my father came they told him 275 and this make me disappointed because we arw foreign people they are cheating. 3. Generally hotel is not deserve 5 starts because of the lack of various stuffs which should be available in fine star and thei attitude with cheating foreign people.

Unfortunately, the hotel has fallen far behind its glorious days in the pictures. First of all, I would like to remind you that the hotel is very far from the city, and there is no shuttle service like many hotels in similar locations (even 3-star) in holiday regions. When you call a taxi, take the risk to wait for 18-20 minutes (-). When I arrived at the hotel, the first thing that caught my eye was two janissary statues (?), which gave me the feeling of entering the military museum, not the hotel. Then, the width of the interiors and rooms caught my attention (?). However, during the time spent at the hotel, I saw that they were not used effectively at all. Moreover, they demand a very high price for the level of quality that can not be used efficiently. The windows of the hotel will be worn out so that the wind blows from everywhere and creates a scary noise in the corridors as if we are in a storm (-). I would like to add that the rooms and especially the bathrooms are outdated (-). The rooms are very big, but apart from two pet bottles of water, there is neither a treat, a kettle nor a glass (-). This simple service is now offered even in 3-star hotels. Although they are a five-star hotel, there is no bar anywhere in the hotel. Therefore, for example, a foreign guest who wants to buy an alcoholic drink has to go to the city. I think it has been neglected (-) that respect for preferences is a two-way concept. There is not a kiosk or the like where you can buy tea, coffee, or juice (except for alcoholic drinks) in the huge lobby (-). Let's come to the food; Although I can't say it's perfect for breakfast, but a very good buffet and food are offered (+). However, lunch and dinner are mediocre and repetitive (+). Moreover, receiving this low service in a city like Hatay, which has made a name for itself in terms of cuisine, further strengthens my negative perception of the hotel. I would like to add that I could not get any information from the reception about the locations of the facilities in the hotel, which facilities we can use and what our rights are (-) To date, I have commented on more than 230 facilities in Turkey and abroad. Even where I rated low, I always added what aspects they could improve. However, I will not do this as I have experienced a very different and disturbing point of view as the general feeling in this hotel. Otel maalesef resimlerdeki şaşalı günlerinin çok gerisine düşmüş. Öncelikle otelin şehre çok uzak olduğunu, birçok tatil yöresindeki benzer konumdaki otellerin (hatta 3 yıldızlı) yaptığı gibi bir shutle servisi olmadığını hatırlatmak isterim. Taksi çağırdığınızda en az 18-20 dakika beklemeyi göze alınız (-). Otele vardığımda gözüme çarpan ilk şey otele değil de askeri müzeye giriş hissini veren iki tane yeniçeri heykeli oldu (?). Ardından iç mekanların ve odaların genişliği dikkatimi çekti (?). Ancak otelde geçen süre zarfında bunların hiç de etkin bir şekilde kullanılmamakla birlikte sunulan orta düzey kalitede

Yıllardır gelip gittiğim ve kaplıcasından fayda gördüğüm yer, yönetim mi değişti? Ne oldu bilmiyorum ama son zamanlarda değişimler var.. Tmsf ye devrildi? Gaziantep den biri satın aldı?bilmiyorum. Bizim ufak muhabbet kuşuna laf söz etmeyen hotel, birden kapıdaki yoğun güvenlik görevlileri sayesinde, göze batmaya başladı. Hotele 100 kişilik bir Rus turist grubu geldi Mersinden ve aile banyosu olan yeri çekilmez hale getirdi. Su halen çok şifalı ve yemekler hala güzel. Odalar: Varak tarzı mobilyalar Güvenlik: Kapıda güvenlik fazla sıkı ve kişisel eşyalara çok fazla bakıyor. Ottoman Palace'a gidecekler için vereceğim en önemli tavsiyelerden birisi de, gitmeden bir hafta evvel diyete başlamalarıdır. Zira, otelin gerek kahvaltı gerekse öğle ve akşam yemekleri, Antakya mutfağı konusundaki eşsiz başarısı ile size kilo aldıracaktır mutlaka. Akşam yemeğinde künefe, öğle yemeğinde ise peynirli irmik helvasının çekim gücü her daim çok yüksektir. Benden söylemesi...

Daha iyi olamaz ! Ailece arkadaslarla ciftlerle toplamda 3 defa geldigimiz bu otelde cok guzel anlar biriktirdik.Sicacik tertemiz havuzlari hamamlari guzel yurekli personelleriyle tam bir yuva.Lezzetleri efsae Antakya mutfagindan seckiler sunan mutfagi 10 numara. Odalar saray gibi kucuk odasina denk gelmedim.Aksam okey oyun salonu cocuklarin vakit gecirecegi animasyonlar ve aktivite oyun konsollari ile inanilmaz konforlu bir otel..Ortak alan tuvaletleri bile tertemiz ve mis gibi parfum kokuyor. Tek kusur varsa o da odalardaki sac kurutma makinalaridir.Kurutma makinanizi alip gelin derim. Ailecek her sene düzenli severek ve isteyerek geldiğimiz yer. Akşam yemeğinde Mutfak bölümünde Ayşe ablanın yemeğimizi nasıl yenir tarzında sunması, Ferhat beyin bizim oralarda eş çay içti mi diğer eşe de ikram edilir denmesi çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar son derece nezaketli ve herkesi mutlu etmeye çalışıyorlar, tek eksik kapıda her sene ücretiz Ramazan şerbeti ikram edilmesi inşallah o konsepte geri dönülür diyelim😉
