I was extremely worried coming here after I read the reviews. There were some really bad ones of late. Firstly I’d like to state that it’s important for people to understand that a lot of the staff here are working 16-18 hr shifts in the heat, they are not rude, they are probably underpaid and tired. Be nice! We have had a great experience with every single staff member we have encountered on our stay, they are amazing people. The hotel may not be a luxury 5* hotel but it blew me away. There is once huge pool, and even through I didn’t come In peak season, there’s defo enough sun loungers. You then have the beach shuttle which runs every 20mins from morning to night. And takes you to the beach which also has another pool area also with plenty of lingers. I’m not sure what people are moaning about? I’ve been to luxury 5* hotels in UAE, paying so much money and was not looked after the way I was here. There’s sooooooo much food, eat your heart away. Only think in the hotel rooms are out dated with the decor, a bit 1980s but it’s clean and when you’re paying £450 all inc what is a bit of antique? One warning though, if you’re here for silence, you won’t get that. The room blocks surround the evening entertainment and it’s very loud, bring ear plugs. Honestly, this place has surpassed my expectations, I’m defo coming back, I’ve had a rough 2 years and this place has made me so happy again

As a family we enjoyed our overall stay here. The staff were very friendly, especially towards the children. My 4 year old loved the kids club and the animation team were very attentive to his needs whilst in their care. All staff went out of their way to smile and make our children feel comfortable. The food was lovely and there’s something for everyone. The snack bar was great for in between meal times too. However, the hotel itself was not a 5 star as advertised. We would give it a 3 at best. The lifts were broken twice during our one week stay which made getting the pushchair up and down stairs onto the third floor challenging especially with no offer of help or a room transfer. We had no hot water on arrival although a technician resolved this issue promptly. They’d ran out of sandwiches when we arrived at 1am so the promise of cold food after a long flight wasn’t available leaving the children to go to bed upset and hungry and we received no apology for this or even acknowledgement. It was also extremely noisy at night times as the walls are thin and the layout of the hotel isn’t great. You can hear people shutting doors and talking in their rooms or watching telly and this noise goes on for the majority of the night so chances of a peaceful nights sleep at this hotel are slim. The pool area is covered with a type of awning as opposed to parasols so you have no choice but to lie in the shade. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and had a lovely time as a family but it’s just a shame the hotel is not as advertised online.

Disappointing for a "5-Star" Resort, but Still an Enjoyable Holiday The resort does not live up to its 5-star rating or the photos shown online. At best, it's a 3-star experience. While that may sound critical, it's simply the reality based on our stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the overall layout feels institutional, and nighttime noise—like banging and slamming doors—doesn’t help the atmosphere. It reminded us more of a dormitory or even a prison block than a luxury resort. On the positive side, the food was generally good and the staff were friendly. However, the entertainment and activity offerings were limited. There were virtually no daytime activities, and aside from a short mini disco around 9/9:30 p.m., the evenings were quiet—though the shows they did offer, especially the acrobatics and dance performances, were genuinely impressive. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Turkey, but the resort fell short of expectations, especially under the Ramada name. We wouldn't return to this hotel, but we would absolutely visit Turkey again.

The hotel is amazing, food is great, rooms are very clean, the enterteimant is amazing especialy spider he’s the goat, it deserves more stars the look at the city from our balcony is amazing, the room services clean your room everyday, special greetings to speedy and spider

I Think this hotel deserve more stars.service is very good people are kind and hardware.clean and nice air.Foods are amazing we had many foods we tried most of them,Lovely place.alcohol very very good we drink all day all night.Entertainment very good the best especially (Spider) was on top he was on fire thanks for Ramada we will be back.

We love the place,amazing.Everything cool people doing good job working really hard,especially the Entertainmant Team,our kids love to be with them,u know that if kids are happy everybody happy thanks a lot for them(Spider,Speedy and Aiman)definetly we'll keeping touch with them,nice and happy people.Foods okay,service okay,kind and hardwork staff in the restaurant.İ guess we came a bit early but still enjoyed the moment.From England to Turkey,absouletly crazy we will be back guys loved you Ramada Hotel

My husband and I arrived on 14th no way is this a 5 star hotel staff on reception not welcoming rooms above the reception erea are very dated and dirty stains on pillows hair dryer in our room was dangerous with bare wires shower was disgusting mould .in the food hall I have never seen so many flies on all the salad cakes fruit anything that was cold food when complaining to staff they just didn't care you can understand why people were eating away from the hotel.because of risk of becoming ill thee intertainment was embarrassing staff in the hotel half the time seemed like they would rather be else were than dealing with tourist our last day there was still quite a number of holiday maker in the hotel till evening time but the hotel decided to close everything down bars ice creams for kid water slides snacks the guest were left with one place for a drink and main hall to few food items when people complained to manager his response was you should all of left the hotel at 12 today what a way to speak to your guest who payed to come here he might as well of told us all to piss of never in all my years of going to Turkey and having a lovely time this hotel and management have let Turkey down I think the holiday company's that deal with this hotel need to send people out there to review this hotel it standards before people pay out there well earned money going there

I was there as the manager of the hotel and, as per our agreement with the agencies, the swimming pool, slides, sun terrace, lobby bar, reception, main restaurant and playground were kept open all day long. I took control of all of them we also had numbers of waiters around the swimming pool area to take drink orders. In addition, although the c/out time is 12:00, it was provided free of charge to all guests until 14:00 on the closing day. In addition, the last guests staying at the hotel were invited to dinner one by one, and our full service continued until the last customer left the hotel. On first impressions we were surprisingly happy however after a few days it was clear that the hotel isn't equipped to accommodate the number of guests. The staff speak very little English. The guest information is limited on arrival not one member of staff provided any information about the facilities dining times entertainment etc. The room appeared nice however the air conditioning unit leaked the entire time despite a number of complaints to reception staff and attempts by a technician to repair it. The food is far from the standard I would expect for a 5 star hotel and my partner became unwell with sickness and diarrhoea. The menus are repetitive daily in the snack bars both at the main pool and the watermark and all inclusive drinks are beyond limited to local drinks no choice at all and the cocktails are prepared in huge dispensers and sit there all day. The entertainment is poor and the animation team pester you to buy bingo tickets, hardly 5 star entertainment. We spent the 2nd week outside of the complex most days because of the atmosphere and dining at the hotel being quite hostile. Multi cultural has never been an issue for us as a family previously but the guests here are rude consistently, maybe due to the numbers accommodated but there was no manners, they didn't know the meaning of queuing and waiting your turn, pushing in the restaurant and on the shuttle bus so much so that this tested our patience and we had to say something. Akbuk is traditionally a Turkish fishing town relatively unspoilt and reminded me of my first holiday to Turkey over 25 years ago. I would avoid booking the ramada however, everyone we spoke to during our holiday were incredibly disappointed

Really lovely hotel, staff were super helpful and friendly, pools and outdo area’s lovely and clean and kept on top off during the day we especially liked how green it was around the hotel. We enjoyed some of the entertainment in the evening although repetitive although some of the pool games were aimed at adults only e.g water polo. The animation team were on the whole lovely people asked about joining in with activities but didn’t mither too much. Food and restaurant situation for us was great we are not fussy eaters and expect traditional dishes we were happy to try everything and particularly enjoyed the a la carte restaurant down near the beach club although I think a menu to view beforehand would have been nice. The beach club is also good for the extra slides and the snack bar is similar to the one at the hotel great also that you can use the towel passes there too. There isn’t much directly near the hotel regarding shops or restaurants but we got the beach shuttle down and walked along the front quite a few nights where there are quite a few if you want to watch football or change of scenery most places will sort you a taxi out for returning. Overall lovely two week stay!

The hotel is not that of a standard 5 star, I have been to three stars that are better. Food is terrible and made us ill, we ended up eating out every night to get away from it. The beach is better described as a disgusting gravel pit. Rooms dirty and poorly cleaned. I read the negative reviews and thought it would be okay, don’t make the mistake I did!!

Horrible. staffs are not friendly.very rude attitude 😒.the hotel not eligible for 3 star.iam not recommende any one this hotel.please change your hotel name.we went other ramada in Turkey the experience was excellent only this ramda akubuk is very bad

very clean hotel. Amazing animation team.fantastic bar staff. Food was okay. Pools were fab. All the staff at Ramada were very welcoming. Naymar animation was fantastic. Lovely beach nice and quiet. The woman in the picture shop was so lovely and friendly. loved the foam party’s thanks

I visited here twice this year to the same hotel. . I went with my expartner and then I took my mum for her birthday. Food is good. Lots of different choices. 2 restaurants with staff making fresh food. They even do midnight soup. The mosque is near and the call to prayer can be heard and it’s a special place. They have a bus that takes you to the beach. With another hotel on the beach! If you’re all inclusive you can use the other resort with the same all inclusive package! It’s not near party place so it’s more of a quieter option. I have no photos to show unfortunately. I lost my old phone

The hotel is perfect i ejoyd really,but the most perfect was the animation team.They made me,that i fesl myself confortable and them spirit is amazing.just 1 person made me bad the bartender called Mustafa he wasnt nice and his face was every time agrrssive smd also trying to flirt with the girls with me too.

Just finishing a week at Ramada , we had a great time In the hotel , rooms very nice & clean , pool area & restaurant clean & great choice of food ! The entertainment team were fantastic ! Full of energy & very kind and polite , they are a credit to the hotel! Not much surrounding the hotel but plenty of buses to get to town etc!
