The hotel staff are friendly and enthusiastic; the breakfast is very good👍🏻 Although it is a bit far from the city, Lisbon Bolt and Uber are very close, so I don’t worry too much about the location, plus it is close to Belem Tower and the Presidential Palace; the room has a great view It’s so beautiful. I’ll definitely pick this one up next time I go to Lisbon.

When you are coming to your room and seeing bottle of a good wine and a snack, you really realizing that’s the good start of the wonderful trip ❤️

Nice staff helpful and good hygiene and good place near sea side 45 mins to the beach and cool place no disturbance from outside and traffic. Ice view of balcony to the sea and Cristo Rei Christ Statue, Lisbon

The hotel itself is a palace, the environment is very good, but there is a distance from the city center, compared to the secluded. Relative to the environment, the room looks normal. The hotel waiter has a general service attitude and can experience it in the environment. But once again, the black waiter accidentally sent a bathrobe and took the opportunity to look at the guests, because the check in was already six o'clock in the evening, the room had a bathrobe. This hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary) The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall. We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos) We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond. Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
