Very nice hotel, near to city center. Room is clean, tidy Breakfast choice is excellent. Staff members are efficient & courteous.

Not a 5 star hotel , this is a standard 4 star big hotel without the luxury of a5 star

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and it is only minutes from the city centre.

酒店不錯，攜程抽取的費用太高了，國內出發的時候定的2100多的酒店，到酒店就變成1800多。在日內瓦定的酒店差額達到了400多人民幣，建議大家定可以取消的，提前到酒店，退了後在前台購買

Service was amazing! Bed and sheets very comfortable! Gym could have some additional equipment (general training machine would be enough and heavier dumbbells). Tables and chairs at the lobby were dirty with rests of bread and including cigarettes leftovers on the ground. Air conditioning was not working properly.

The hotel was fantastic with staff very helpful in arranging activities and booking dinners. Hotel was close to city centre withing walking distance and had great amenities.

Super kind and attentive staff. Clean and centrally located

For a 5 star hotel, it felt a bit old and not very well kept. The room had lots os marks on the walls, the bedsheets had stains and I’m not sure if they were fresh. The pool was full at all times so we couldn’t use it during our stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful though so that was a plus. I also found the halls of the hotels leading to our room old and not very clean for a 5 star hotel, so the overall experience wasn’t worth the price. The location is great though.
