The hotel is in a central location with a great geographical environment. The decoration is just old. The courtyard room on the first day was really lower-class than domestic motels. The noise was also very loud. The second day we changed to a sea view room, the view was really amazing. There was a live band downstairs, the atmosphere was great. The food prices were acceptable. The pizza was delicious.

Location is just next to the Port of Airlie. Very convenient if you are travelling on Whitsunday cruise. However for food & restaurants, you would need to walk a distance to town . The apartment is very clean & well kept though.

This is a Motel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious and have a beautiful sea view, but they are cleaned only once a week. The towels are not changed. The biggest problem is the lack of wifi in the rooms (it's 2024 ..). Average value for money!

This is a B&B on a very large and steep hillside. Everyone remember to buy PPP airport, not Hamilton Island (Great Barrier Reef) Airport.
The B&B is at the end of the main street of Airlie Beach, on the hillside on the left.
The beach is beautiful, and the food on the street is expensive and tastes average. The mojito, which is known as the best in the world, tastes nothing special. The steak, which is known as the best steak, has a bitter taste and is a bit unpalatable.
Everyone must avoid coming here during the rainy season. My helicopter tour was cancelled, so I came here in vain. It was actually sunny that day, but it was windy. It's hard to describe.

This hotel has been promoted on the little red book. The location is good. The downstairs is the supermarket, you can buy what you need, eat, invincible sea views, and very close to the market, there are several restaurants in the Internet, the distance from the pier is acceptable, breakfast is simple, because the travel time is early, So I ate at the hotel on the last day. The room was large, but the facilities were old, but it was acceptable. The bed was too small.

GGuest UserOur stay at the Mirage was a fantastic family getaway! The service was great in that staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. We had an issue with the dryer door, I called the service desk and this was fixed while we were out, and additional towels were provided in the meantime. The resort itself had breathtaking views, clean and spacious apartment, great breakfast which accommodated my vegan diet and was only a 30 minute from Proserpine airport (and although we were at the very end apartment, they transported us there). The 4 star rating for the facilities was because non of the lifts around the resort (not the apartment ones) were working during our visit, so we had to carry our pram up and down flights of stairs to get to the pool, restaurant and the boardwalk. The 4 star rating for the location was because although we had multiple restaurants within walking distance, they were all closed for most of the time that we were there (we stayed Sunday-Thursday). We traveled with our 2.5 month baby and had the most relaxing time; I would highly recommend the Mirage.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a certain distance from the main street. Friends without a car need to take the bus or taxi to the hotel entrance. But there is a Coles about 5-8 minutes walk from the hotel, and there are some restaurants around, such as Burger King. Please pay attention to the business hours of the restaurant in the hotel. Dinner is until 20 o'clock. There are no slippers in the hotel. You can ask the front desk for toothbrushes and toothpaste.

BBowtellWe absolutely loved staying at Mango House. It’s only a 5 minute bus ride to Airlie Beach centre and has a supermarket, cafe and post office just across the street from it. The room was amazing - as backpackers we were very excited to see a washer and a dryer to use for free! The pool and garden are lovely too. 10/10 would recommend. Pam, the owner, was an gem and even dropped us at the bus stop to catch our greyhound bus.

YYINANBecause I had mistaken the flight for the original three nights and turned into two nights, I called the front desk, and the duty manager Gene was very good to give up the first night’s room rate, bringing a bad episode to the trip.
