"The location of this hotel is prime. But this hotel is in severe need to be updated. It's overpriced. There's rust everywhere. The floor was so dirty that I had to wash my slippers before packing them away. I typically clean surfaces with bleach water, but this needed scrubbing. There was mold in the freezer drip tray. Sticky stains on the shelves. The tub was filled with water during my shower. I had to remove the plug and set it aside."

"Nasty, dirty hotel. This hotel is way past its prime and is an embarrassment to the Hilton brand. My room was filthy, with broken tiles, rodent droppings and mold in the shower. In addition, this room was an upgrade with a spa tub that had track lighting above it with a bulb hanging out. To be fair, I told the desk when I left and showed pictures and they offered an adjustment, but nothing has been sent or shown since. There are plenty of other hotels around where you would not have to pay money for dirt."
