The food was horrible. I asked no Mayo on my burger and returned it just wiped off with still mayonnaise. Expensive for junk food. Not worth it.

The interior of the hotel was decent quality and the staff was great. However, entering the hotel from the highway was a bit hard to find and difficult in heavy traffic. Also, the exterior of the hotel could use some cleanup and care.

We had no hot water for showering. The lobby restaurant was extremely slow while we were the only 2 guest there waiting to order. The room had a mildew smell and was hot even when the ac was at its lowest.

This was a little difficult to get to the first time. However, once you know how to navigate the entrance it is easy on/off access. This will become my new stop in Aguascalientes. The front desk even with the language gap was professional, friendly, and made sure I understood everything. Breakfast is a cook to order and being that I was leaving very early, only had time for coffee.

The room was very reasonably priced, clean, and convenient to the highway. Very courteous and helpful reception and breakfast crew/staff.

They gave us a key to a room that already had guest, then they do a wakebup call at 4:30 am that was for a diffrent room. They advertise the jacuzzi but you cant use it uless you have reservations for it, they did not have any

The staff was very nice. No liquor available. The pool was freezing. You can’t control the room temperature. Room was big and beds were comfy.

I highly recommend this place, it was a nice stay. Check in was easy and friendly, comfortable facilities. I would definitely stay there again. Oh and affordable

A nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds and decent wifi. Breakfast was good and all staff were friendly. Good location south of the city for heading to Puerto Vallarta. Pool was a little too cold for swimming for the kids, but overall it was an awesome hotel for the price!

A little bit away from Downtown but other than that excellent place to stay!

The Hotel allegedly had free shuttle service to the airport which they did not. It was the only reason I booked the Hotel in the first place. They called a company to transport me to the airport, 10km away, and got charged $500 Mexican Pesos. There was no hot water and water pressure was minimum. Unsure if I’ll stay here again.
