"Hotel was good clean but the manager switch off the lift usually and they on 1st day said the lift was bad. After saying my mother have knee ache. They on the lift next day but switch it off after we enter hotel. So had to come by stairs manytimes. Staff were a bit lazy at first in their response but after saying i will not give good feedback to mmt. They changed their approach and the staff worked nicely"
