TV is not working properly and also swith and charging point is not working properly food is also average and bath . I stay in superior room but not fil like this . front Mgr is also unable to reply of my query . so it's my sincere advice to improve all the things .

Service is excellent. Food is good little on the costlier side, huge portion sizes. Staff are nice, quick, professional, efficient. It is safe. Situated in a good location, good connectivity with other areas

Food is good, staff is courtious, however, it seems room service staff are not adequate. All the facilities like ac, geyser are excellent. Linen quality is also good. I have enjoyed my stay in Rimi international.

Room was good. But other that this, all are very average. Complimentary breakfast was not good. They supposed to give welcome drink which was not available.

Very comfortable and warm room with the essentials. But the breakfast time is very late. We could not have breakfast in the hotel for two days as they were not ready on time as promised by them. Only on the checkout day we had the breakfast. Breakfast was good. Issue with hot water. They said 24/7 hot water available but we had to call them in the morning so that we get hot water. The hotel management should look into this matter. Food was tasty and portion of food also sufficient for two people.
