Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen müsste alles renoviert werden aber die Lage ist super das Personal ist sehr nett ich oder wir waren zufrieden

Ok so we’re here currently awaiting our transfer to the airport to home. A simple honest review. It’s jan so part of the hotel is closed ( totally acceptable) Food:- very limited choice, very same same everyday, however what they do have is nice, meat is lean, salad is fresh. Rooms:- very dated, toilets stink as no ventilation in them. Rooms are cleaned daily. Bars:- drink served from 10.30am to 12 midnight. Entertainment:- standard but team lovely and fun and very excitable. Hotel staff are so so friendly, they’re really lovely. All in all the hotel needs a massive face lift, it’s desperate for a refurbishment, we had a nice time, got what we paid for and the weather was beautiful. Only other thing is “ turn a bloody light on will yas” the main areas are dark, restaurant, reception, toilets, all dark, I think their saving on the leccy bill haha. Would we return, “ yeah for a wee cheapo of a hol defo”

IRON.. i ASKED THE BAR MAN FOR A WHITE COFFEE, HE GAVE ME BLACK AND WHEN I ASKED FOR MILK HE SAID ,NO MILK ANOTHER TIME THEY HAD NO COFFEE.THERE WAS A MICRO WAVE BUT THE TURN TABLE WAS BROKE AND SPAGHETTI SPLATTERED INSIDE, NO WATER ISSUED HAD TO BUY IT WE WERE TOLD THAT THE BANK NOW OWN THE HOTEL AS IT WENT BUST A FEW YEARS AGO DONT GO THERE

The common areas of the hotel were poorly maintained and often littered. In the room, for example, all the sockets were broken, not all of them worked. I fixed the knob on the wardrobe door and the handle on the front door. The seagulls were all over the hotel. 2 of the 4-5 separate restaurants were working, the main restaurant was very poor, 3/4 of the offer was salad. There were not enough plates, cutlery and about 10pcs of glass cups in the whole restaurant. People on health diets, gluten free, dairy free will often find it difficult to find good food. Wifi was only available at the reception and it didn't always work. But the bar staff and animators were excellent! Travel agencies sell tours at too high a price, half the price at most, no more. Taroudant tour: Again 2 hours in car. City sightseeing tour: the guide was excellent, an elderly man, the trip was good because the other group didn't come so it was a private tour. The oil factory is just a shop where you can buy stuff for double the price. Paradise Valley: everyone said it wasn't worth it because the mountain path was too dangerous and the lake was dirty, so we didn't go.

Avoid this hotel! The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation, the grounds and rooms were dirty and run down. We knew the rooms were going to be basic, however we hoped they would at least be clean. We had ants running over us in our beds, the covers and blankets on the beds were stained, as were the towels if they remembered to provide them. On 3 of the 4 days we were there, we had no hot water in the bathroom, and on 1 of the days we had no water at all. The toilet didn't flush, and most guests were complaining of smells in their rooms from the drains/toilets. The door to our room and our balcony door both had broken handles. We did not have a safe in our room to store our passport or money, although some rooms seem to be provided with a safe but you have to pay daily to use it. Some of the rooms had air conditioning but it seemed the majority didn't. The sunbeds around the pool are filthy and a lot of them had bird poo on them. The pools themselves were clean though. Some of the bar staff were very attentive and friendly at the smaller pools, however the bar staff at the main pool were incredibly rude and ignored our teenager standing there for 20 minutes instead of telling them to go to the other bar for soft drinks. If you are after a quiet resort, this isn't the place for you as they play extremely loud music late into the night. The hotel isn't very accessible for disabled guests as there are lots of stairs everywhere, and whilst there are disabled ramps, they take you the long way around the hotel. The food was awful, you had to book in for the snack bar, which was only available once per day, and even though it said it closed at 4pm, if you arrived at 3.30pm they would turn you away. Us and all of the guests we spoke to were having to order in deliveries from the nearby McDonald's, KFC or Pizza Hut. If I could give this review zero stars I would.

Avoid like the plague. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY . Nothing looks like in the photos. Complex is old , dated and dirty. Food is vile had to eat out every day . Even the stray cats wouldn’t eat the food, no plates or cutlery, dirty tables . Service and staff poor. Never seen a 3* rating . Cocktails and other drinks are served in flimsy plastic cups no signs of fruit and decoration! Tables have legs sawn off. No towels in room . Toilet very smelly , no plug in sink . Patio door would but close neither would the wardrobe. Room was never serviced whilst we were there . Seagull poo everywhere including the fixed sunbeds . Crazy golf , these are not in use , the water features are green with algae, nothing like the pictures . Only one decent thing a short stroll to beach

Avoid at all costs On arrival waited 3 hours to get our room into which was unsuitable for my mobility 2nd room no chance sewage smell 3rd and final room was ok Food was unbelievable no choice whatsoever... diarrhoea on the 2nd day No food for kids who like nuggets and pizzas no chance of that Drinks are meant to be filled up to the beaker not half full Staff are rude in my opinion Entertainment is ok if you want repeat There's no sliced bread just baguettes
