Very nice hotel and good location. Reception & housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful.

pillow too high. complainted many times without change.

The staff at the front desk was very rude 01/10/2022 at 10am ( a mid-age Asian man ) shout to me that my room was not ready with no respect, gave me a room with no hot water in shower room and noisy in the midnight , I can’t believe it’s a five stars hotel.

It was better than expected, the room design was beautiful, the breakfast was exquisite, and there were many Chinese-speaking waiters. The mini bar is free and the hotel is close to many Chinese restaurants

The new Indian front desk staff was not properly trained The check-in process was problematic and delayed the guests’ time The Korean manager failed to solve the problem through communication and made things difficult for the guests

Arranged to bring pets to the hotel They also thoughtfully prepared water bowls and nests. Great staff and great location Very clean! ! Check out in seconds after an early flight, very good!
