Stayed here during the Meskel holidays. Checking in took some time (2 hours of waiting) since we had no choice but to go to the hotel early before the roads close. Place has modern amenities that made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is okay, a good selection for vegans and health conscious alike.

房間設施不錯,但是需要更新 飯店早餐不是很好,且有一天要提早也不能準備餐盒(要另外收15美金)含早餐一樣,非常離譜 大廳有蛋糕放盤子與夾子(不是迎賓餐點)而是要收費的,一份15美金,非常離譜的貴 記住!飯店什麼都要錢,要東西前先詢問一下

My experience at Hyatt was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. Every interaction, from check-in to check-out, was seamless and impressive. The staff were always smiling, super helpful, and extremely professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or assistance with amenities, they were always eager to help. The hotel's atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the staff's positivity was contagious. I felt valued and appreciated throughout my stay. I highly recommend Hyatt Regency for its exceptional service, outstanding staff, and unbeatable hospitality.

The best hotel in Addis Ababa, bar none! The service and staff are excellent! The rooms, pool/gym and restaurants are all fantastic and meet high standards. The hotel's location is centrally located to many of the city's attractions and having parking on site made things easier for me. I've really come to enjoy this property and I'm sure many visitors to Addis will enjoy it as well. JG.

The breakfast selection is great. It sets the tone for the day and you just want to go out and win! The hotel takes cleanliness quite seriously, housekeeping makes the room look like a new house when I come back to it after the day activities...

A great stay in the best hotel in Addis Ababa. Everything works fine in this hotel where they invest in its staff and food and facilities. But a few areas to improve that are the same issue day after day. First the bar service is chaos. It can take 30 to 45 minutes to get a drink. The staff are forgetful and don’t understand being clear e it customers. Second breakfast. Do not order tea/cider from your server as they might forget or it can take 20 minutes. Order this from the barista direct and best to wait. The breakfast is fantastic but the drinks service terrible every day. Slow and more often they forget.
