Ulasan Grand Hotel Baia Verde

The location of the property is good. However, the service is terrible. We didn’t feel welcomed. We observed a different level of service being offered to others than us. It might have to do with the fact that we are not Italians and we don’t speak their language. Would recommend to book Four Points by Sheraton which is only a 5 min walk on the same road.

First and foremost, a 4-star hotel should have an insulation system. We basically could even hear the room next door opening their luggage.. awful. Apart from that (which is a big minus), the pool is cool, parking is free, staff friendly, breakfast decent. Food options are pricey and limited.

It was very nice and the decoration and Furniture was very antique and nice. The rooms were nice and had clean sheets and Two TV’s. The bathroom as well was very clean and nice although there was no toothbrush holder. Besides the rooms the Hotel had amazing breakfast service and very clean nice courtyards and a Poll and Scuba diving, They also have a Spa and restaurant. An Overall amazing Hotel, The only downside was the location being far from the City but with horrible Traffic inside the city it was nice to be a little bit away from the city center.

We were there for a work Christmas party the room is really nice and clean. The staff was quite helpful the only real complaint we have is the next morning somebody had a key to our room and walked in our room and it wasn't housekeeping.

Great hotel with a room facing the sea. Excellent breakfast and private car park. Kind and professional staff. I really appreciated the shower without a tub that I had requested and they accommodated me. I will definitely return

The room is comfortable and bright, the facilities are complete, parking is convenient, the hotel has its own sea view and beautiful scenery.

Hotel by the sea. Outdoor gazebo-style breakfast room with spectacular views of the rocks and sea. Very good breakfast. Internal garden leading to the rocks which can be accessed from the rooms on the 1st floor. The rooms are equipped with a kettle so it is not possible to make tea or coffee in the room: this is a shortcoming for a structure like this

The hotel is old-fashioned, the room is very old, the shower is in a weird position, lying on the bathtub. There is no kettle in the room. I was not satisfied with the room location when I checked in, so I spent a lot of time communicating and changed to a barely acceptable room. The breakfast is very simple, the food is not particularly rich, there is only one coffee machine, and the queue is long. It is worth mentioning that the environment is by the sea and very quiet. The location is outside the city, you need to take a taxi or bus. 7 kilometers away There are no restaurants near the hotel

Parking is convenient, the air is average, and it is worth staying if it is more than 600.

Although the location is relatively remote, it is a good resort hotel, but it is not suitable for business travel.

Seaside environment is good and convenient for self-driving

Simply the best place to stay in Catania and Province.
