We stayed here for 8 days, and it was the best decision we have made! such an amazing hotel, everything about it was unbelievable .. everyone was kind, Vako thanks for being helpful and generous and kind it was great talking to you , Natalia you were kind and sweet , Helene , Irin .. I wish I could remember everybody`s name because they all deserve to be mentioned, THANKS for each one of you, the location is in middle of heaven, scenic views all around .. with nature showing its true beauty .. calm and peace .. cows .. horses .. dogs .. butterflies .. that put a smile on your face :) .. the rooms are spacious and clean .. a lot of parking spots .. a lot of places to sit and enjoy the beauty .. if you have kids there is a small play area and a lot of greens where your children can run and play .. the food was delicious, special thanks to the chef we enjoyed every meal .. the location is only 5 minutes away from supermarkets and few restaurants and pharmacies, you can easily walk in the area in full peace .. hike and visit a couple of waterfalls .. we went in June, the weather was beautiful sunny and rainy in the same day which adds magic to the place .. THANKS everyone we felt right at home and this will always be a place we will comeback to!

This resort is amazing! They have wonderful staff and very accommodating rooms. Conference room is great for business meetings… it is very specious and scenic. Food and wine options are excellent! You can enjoy beautiful mountain views while enjoying your breakfast or dinner. Their staff is super caring and goes above and beyond with everything. Highly recommending for business or family trips.

Not the best of places to stay. Beautiful setting, but that is all. Evening meal consists of one course only, no dessert, and no tea or coffee. Mattresses are hard and the pillows the same. Kept awake all night by a pack of howling and barking dogs, with a horse joining in the chorus. Only one teenage boy serving at breakfast, and it was not ready at the advertised time. Milk for the coffee came 15 minutes after the coffee. Not much choice of food, and not much in amount. Outside paths and gardens are still work in progress.

Best Hotel in Kazbegi! We loved the hotel, the best views we have ever seen from the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are cozy and the views from the balcony are just stunning 😍. We loved the restaurant at the hotel the food was Scrumptious and the restaurant staff are so kind and friendly. The Manager David was very helpful and kind who prepared for us a delicious breakfast 😋 Nick at the restaurant was the sweetest person. We will be back ! Regards Nirosha and Mohammad from Dubai

The best hotel with the best staff. completely new and orderly environment, what you want for a comfortable vacation. Breakfast is perfect, with changing dishes and most importantly, delicious. The staff in the restaurant are neat, completely clean, friendly and I will repeat here again, and delicious dishes. With full mobilization in the administration, experienced and properly trained personnel who know their work without interruption and can help you and create complete comfort at any time. An incomparable setting with unparalleled views, filled with fresh air befitting a highland region is Suatis Resort Kazbegi. Thanks to this cool staff for their kindness and selfless work. Thanks for the great days, I recommend you to visit.
