"The apartment itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately the cleanliness was very disappointing upon arrival. It looked like the apartment had not been properly cleaned or used for several months. There was dust everywhere — on the cabinets, wardrobe, and floors. We had to mop the floors ourselves and wipe down all the cabinets and wardrobes because they were covered in dust and stains. The bathroom and toilets were also not properly cleaned, and we had to clean them ourselves, including the inside of the shower. Aside from the cleanliness issues, the apartment is nice, but the overall experience was affected by the condition it was presented in. I hope management improves the cleaning standards for future guests."

"The Mayrock was an almost excellent place to stay. I say almost because there were two issues with the bathroom, however, the management was quick to try to resolve the issues as soon as I notified them. The management and staff did so much to make our stay enjoyable. I spent the period with my son and we did not have any reason to complain. The hotel is clean, and the menu is extensive with well cooked meals. The management and all staff were professional, polite and just a pleasure to be around. I fully recommend this hotel and will definitely make it my hotel of choice on my next trip to Abuja."
