City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel

Was great experience all in all. The breakfast hall should be expanded given especially dring peak season. Reception staff, Louie and John were friendly and maintain a very pleasant aura though there were a lot people of checking in and out when we arrived. They sure know how to handle the pressure. While June from our floor ensured we received so much care during our stay. It's a plus also that the hotel is just 15mins drive from Yas Island. The facility is very good have comfy bed, room big, clean and good location very accessible near by malls, supermarket,sorounded of restaurant as well special mentioned the reception staff i forgot their names all of them they are very good, and they upgrade my room booking. Keep up a good job guys highly recommend to my friends and relatives .
