Anggota staf sangat profesional, sangat ramah, hangat & akomodatif; melampaui harapan baik kami 🥂🍾 Terutama, Ibu Dana (Hubungan Tamu) + Bapak Nekhil Maroli (Kepala Pramutamu) yang telah bekerja keras untuk mengatur rencana perjalanan tur 1 hari "misi mustahil" Best of Abu Dhabi untuk memanjakan kami. Mereka memukau 🤗 kami dengan semangat hangat mereka, pengetahuan luas yang tak tertandingi & layanan luar biasa yang tiada duanya, membuat kami merasa "di rumah sendiri" 🏡. Salah satu pengalaman menginap terbaik yang pernah saya alami! Dari layanan resepsionis hingga kualitas kamar dan pilihan bersantap, hotel ini menawarkan pengalaman yang luar biasa. Prasmanan sarapannya lezat, begitu pula tempat makan lain yang terletak di dalam hotel. Area kolam renang dan pantai pribadinya sangat cocok untuk bersantai. Layanan dan kualitas keseluruhannya tidak ada duanya! Satu hal yang perlu dikomentari: akan lebih baik jika kamar memiliki direktori terperinci dari semua pilihan bersantap yang berbeda yang terletak di dalam gedung hotel, bukan hanya daftar sederhana di sampul kartu kamar, yang bahkan tidak saya lihat! Selain itu, pengalaman yang sempurna.

Another Wonderful Stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi! This was our third stay at the Conrad Abu Dhabi, and once again it was an amazing experience! Initially, we were placed in the apartments as an “upgrade,” but we quickly realised we much prefer the Deluxe rooms. The staff were very accommodating and made the change which we really appreciated. The buffet breakfast and dinner were top-notch in both quality and variety. Even though the hotel was quite busy due to autumn breaks, the entire team worked incredibly hard to ensure every guest was happy and well taken care of. A special mention goes to Tinto, who stood out with his genuine service-minded attitude, he truly made us feel welcome. Monica, the Assistant Director of Guest Relations, deserves special praise. She is a true professional, warm, attentive and someone who clearly understands what excellent hospitality means. One point for improvement would be to forbid the water scooter rental next door. The noise can be quite disturbing and it doesn’t fit with the otherwise peaceful and luxurious atmosphere of the resort, not to mention its environmental impact. We already look forward to coming back next year for a longer stay. The Conrad Abu Dhabi continues to be one of our favourite places to relax and feel pampered!

Amazing stay as a first timer for Conrad Abu Dhabi! The duty manager Berna from Turkey was friendly, thoughtful and detailed, helped a lot during my stay. Location is nice, and breakfast is super!

The hotel is awesome and stays on the 55th floor Room have lovely view and spacious Bed veey big and very comfortable Matress are awesome and soft Pillow was great Bathroom spacious The club or lounge was awesome service was a great choice of cocktail and wine Food was yummy Breakfast was a great and delicious variety of food Swimming was awesome Onky down point is service of checking in and checked out at 45th floor There onky obe staff at the counter and system work slow Overall great experience

Disappointing. I had previously stayed at the Conrad before and eagerly awaiting coming back to it. However, the room was not as nice as I remembered. The view from the window was obscured by water streaks or something? Reception were nice but check in was a bit bothersome asking to put money on Hilton Honors, if I had a card for luggage collection, and when they asked if I would use the mini bar and I said no, they actually sent someone to the room to lock it. It didnt feel very welcoming. Food was good quality but expensive and Rays Steakhouse was also closed for the summer. The adult pool is only waist height, good for people lounging around but not for actually swimming. They have a decent gym and complimentary access to the Observation deck is nice.

Hardly believe a 5 stars hotel, full of arrangement mistakes, poor facilities, dirty carpets and super tiny double bed. One of worst experiences in years, the worst 5 stars hotel in my life.

My recent two-night stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers was truly remarkable. We visited several luxury hotels during our time in the UAE, including Raffles and Kempinski, but Conrad stood out as the pinnacle of hospitality. Staying in a Level 45 room provided us with exclusive lounge access and breathtaking views from the 45th floor. The lounge experience was exceptional, and we were consistently impressed by the quality of service. Special thanks to Riezen and Dinesh, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The hotel’s location on the Corniche, with three beautiful pools, added to the overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pools and taking in the stunning views. Overall, Conrad Abu Dhabi exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Thank you to everyone at Conrad for making our stay unforgettable!

Hotel is very big, a lot of attraction that can be enjoyed, has a shopping mall and grocery supermarket as well. The room that we had is apartment residence which was very nice, comes with complete kitchen equipment and tools. Brekfast was also fantastic. Overall our stay in the hotel was amazing

Location is very convenient and the service is excellent but the room rate is quite expensive
