Very good Hotel, even it can be classed 4*+, just I didn't like that we should pay always in advance for restauration, it can be managed at the checkout as other hotels

Top choice when I stay in Abidjan for a short trip. Close to the aiport and shopping.

the stay was great, we checked in late BUT all was under control by a very soft spoken and friendly receptionist Martin who also assited in getting an extra bed rolled into our room as they didn have any twin rooms available and we had requested for seperate beds....very thing was good even teh airport shuttle was great...thank you and we will come back again to your hotel...

Got a corner suite, but that didn't make up for the inadequacies of this hotel. WiFi didn't work in our room, only the lobby. Not sure what the issue was because others in different locations had no problems. The shower over tub was impossible because the glass doors on each side of the tub to keep the shower water off the floor swung open if you so much as looked at them. Even stuffing a towel around them didn't hold the doors over the tub. Lots of lovely toiletries, hair dryer, safe. Good a/c. Nice bar with good cocktails. Breakfast buffet had very little fruit, and the only eggs were made to order. Adequate, but not impressive. Located across the street from a shopping mall, and on a busy main road, but rooms were quiet. Would definitely try some other hotel next trip.

Do not be fooled by the appearance, this hotel is extremely poorly run. I've stayed here multiple times for business and every time is a problem. 1 hour check in. Rooms given away to other clients. Lack of accountability. Management won't even come out and help the poor receptionist. DO NOT COME HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Brand new hotel in a very quiet area. In front of the National Stadium and very well communicated with the airport and with Dakar by motorway. Big rooms & comfortable beds. 5 stars Breakfast

This is the worst Hotel I have encountered in my entire life. Where do i even start, from the front desk to the rooms, nothing speaks of class or hotel service. The front desk are not polite very rude and do not have an atom of customer service in them, please stay in the hotel at your own perils. The hotel claims to be a 4 star hotel but in my opinion it is worse it is a disgrace to what 4 star stands for, how can a hotel refuse to change your bed linen but changes it every 2 days, this already tells you that the staff are lazy and speaks poorly of hygiene. Even a 1 star hotel changes the bed linen daily and offers you a new towel. Restaurant is poorly run, the chef thinks he is a master chef, please re train your staff, Breakfast options are so poor you will want to vomit, the food all have no taste, use ingredients like ginger and garlic in your food for taste. A four star hotel that does not even have waffles, scrambled eggs, or sausages and bacon, and no working coffee machine, is a disgrace to a 4 star brand. Please avoid this hotel it will suck the life out of you, and you will see the literal definition of unprofessionalism.
