Bnb Hotel Spa

A four star hotel with five star treatment. The head of the hotel was super helpful. Ensured a group of us got to the football game safely and ensured everyone got back safely. He treated me like a old friend, everyone seemed to be treated like an old friend or old customer. Staff was friendly, rooms are clean and big. Food was awesome, I think the breakfast made me gain weight because I could not stop eating. They even made apple juice look cool to drink.😆

Overbooked

Just for the record i stay until the 21 st of October 2023 and not 22 October 2023 the hotel is supposed to return my one night to the card i used

The hotel staffs are very professional while the restaurant staffs have unpleasant attitude. Price of food changes. The wifi is very slow. Waiting time for food is 2hours. I will recommend to eat outside. Food, service is sucks and food prices is unbelievable for an African country. They have a 5 start price restaurant when they are so unprofessional. If you are American or outside please make sure to know the money value, and understand it well.

Great hotel great location professional staff Very kind, one of the best hotels I have ever been to in Africa. The rooms are amazing big worth every penny. Staff always going out of their way to help from the reception to the restaurant to room people.

Everyone was professional. The facility was clean and quiet. Great food options at the restaurant relating to the rich cultural of the country. Rooms were cleaned daily. RUNNING WATER availability was a plus. The security guys were very nice and helpful. I disliked not having a luggage cart. A tray to put food/plates on outside in the hall would be great. A peephole in the door to see who is knocking. Furthermore, a smoke detection,

Poor service, very bad parking, no space to manœuvre the car. Restaurant staffs require lots of training on customer service. Food is arriving late, wine list is short and not quality. Servers are not giving updates and not reactive. Food takes more than an hour and half. No one gives you an update. Servers seems inexperienced and do not show motivation and enthusiasm.

This property was surprisingly clean and staff very helpful. The rooftop restaurant Lounge is very nice

l'accueil est bonne mais le reste laisse à désirer depuis 14h pas de wifi l'eau qui coule de l'évier personne ne vient alors qu'il sont prévenus c'est un peu abusé il s'occupe de nous à 21h de plus j'avais fait une demande spécialisé soit disant honorer tout compte fait le message n'avais été transmis donc rien n'a été fait les services sont nulle piscine glacé jaccuzi pareil suite vraiment petite est pas élégante pour une suite au vu de l'hôtel et de son prix on ne s'attend pas à ça surtout pour une lune de miel j'étais très déçu la tuyauterie qui fait un boucan abominable le restaurant j'ai commander une purée c'était de la purée réchauffer sans goût les brochettes de boeuf j'ai demandé saignant c'était bon mais c'est harchi cuit je ne recommande pas cet Hôtel expérience très décevante malgré le personnel agréable je pense qu'à vouloir trop faire il ne s'en sorte pas et donc le service de l'hôtel en prend un sacré coup séminaire mariage hôtel faudrait savoir si vous êtes un hôtel rester un hôtel concentré vous sur une seul et unique chose ça permettra au client de se sentir à l'aise et à l'écoute et surtout avoir envie de revenir je pense que pour un hôtel c'est l'essentiel a agir comme ceci vous avez perdu 2 clients qui voulais passé une agréable nuit se faire masser manger convenablement tout compte fait au vu du service nous n'avons même été au massage à vouloir tout faire au final tu fait rien et tu perd de l'argent.
