"We didn't get the room we hoped for, but all was well. When I booked in tripp, the image was somewhat misleading - with 3 beds, but the room type is what determines wether there will be the bunk bed or not. The staff was kind and everything was clean. Despite the size, it was actually surprisingly comfy. We requested extra blankets and got them. The location is very central / downtown, so party scene is nearby and can be noisy if you'd prefer open window."

"Early check-in is not allowed, but the common areas are incredibly multifunctional, vibrant, and relaxing, comparable to Clink in Amsterdam. While waiting on the 3rd floor, a panoramic view of the rainbow was visible through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and you could even clearly see the walkers above. The extra 50 DKK for bed sheets was truly baffling; it wasn't mentioned at all during booking! In the evening, I asked the front desk if they had hot water, and they said yes, but it cost 15 DKK per cup—good heavens! It's supposed to be a hostel, yet there's no communal kitchen, no refrigerator for storing food, and not even a kettle. This is unacceptable; I cannot accept that these facilities are adequate."

"Danhostel The hotel room is nice, but there are some experience that I don’t like it 1. Cancellation- we sent the email earlier but they don’t accept any cancellation request even with penalties 2. Check in time- I was arrived on Sunday 16:30 pm, but I couldn’t find any staff at the reception and it’s locked, the check in time is start from 15:00, but they off duty on 15:30, just a 30 mins to check in I can say this is funny. 3. Trip.com- the CS even send me the check in time table after I ask how there are no ppl at the reception, and trip.com CS couldn’t contact the hostel, said tomorrow morning only available, this is one of the reason I gave 1 star"
