After the check-in date (3:10 p.m.) I found myself standing in front of the boarding house without a PIN or any information. The support hotline can only be reached on weekdays. The emergency number couldn't help me either as they only had a key service. Now I was standing there with a full suitcase. I had no choice but to book another hotel nearby immediately. After speaking to support on a weekday, I was promised a refund. After several back and forths, it was now my fault that I never received anything, neither spam nor in the normal folder. The money is gone for now, a case for the lawyer. I can't recommend it to anyone! I've never experienced such abysmal support before."

Our son who has autism and LD didn’t like the evening meal, but that wasn’t a problem Eileen who was very friendly and helpful cooked him something he did like. Thank you Eileen from Mark.. Bedrooms were basic but clean, tidy and warm, and the shower was clean and water hot. Bedding was also clean and fresh. Pillows were the best I have ever slept on, I haven’t slept that long for years. Breakfast was buffet style which was excellent and plenty for everyone. Even meal good, soup starter, especially the cauliflower one was delicious. Throughly enjoyed our stay, the only thing that would have made it better was to have tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. Thank you again for a lovely stay.."
