Hotels in New Urban District/ Hanshan Temple, Suzhou

Awesome! Everything was perfect in my stay with my family. I arrived in the evening and was looking for dining options only to realise they serve dinner in the hotel so it was convenient. However, they mostly had sea food options so you can talk to the waitress to advise on other options available. It's also close to shopping malls where you can get restaurants. Checking in was fast and they only required to copy my passport together with my family's and voila! The room was spacious enough and they provided toiletries for occupants. You can be provided with an extra key in case you need. The hotel has a nice theme park indoors for kids, quite convenient for families and also have a swimming pool. They also have a luggage storage service and the front desk are bilingual - speaking English. Overall all was well for the one day stay.

I didn't expect the room to be so big. It's a suite. The location is also very good. There are places to eat around. The Suzhou cuisine in the restaurant next to the parking lot is good, the price is reasonable, and the taste is also very good. It is very close to the scenic spot Hanshan Temple, which can be reached on foot. Tiger Hill can be reached by taxi in more than ten minutes. The most important thing is to take my parents out for a trip. I am quite satisfied. I just hope that the hotel can improve its hygiene.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel from the time we check in until we check out. Liu Baiyi provided excellent service throughout our stay. She took good care of us. She also helped us to find good restaurant, massage etc. She also provided free upgrade to us. Location was a bit far from city centre and main attractions. However, there is shopping mall next to it which is a plus point. Breakfast was good as well. However, please take note they start clearing on the dot when it is 10’o clock. So better to go earlier for breakfast.

The service was great! From the moment I walked in, I felt full of warmth and enthusiasm. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and it was very comfortable to stay! I will definitely come again next time! Parking is also very convenient and free of charge. The front desk is also very efficient. If you need anything, call the front desk and it will be delivered quickly. It is very friendly to tourists!

Just beside Hanshan Temple, the room is very large, there is a removable projector, the mattress is soft and hard to sleep very comfortably, the bath is comfortable and the health is good, the overall is very good, you can drink coffee downstairs, the taste is authentic, the proprietress is very good at craftsmanship, the soaked water is also very moist, the Samsung people are very close, The boss will also push delicious and fun, the homestay is here in the scenic spot, it is convenient to go anywhere, it is a humane place, recommended

The staff at the front desk are particularly worthy of praise, they are enthusiastic, thoughtful and meticulous. Because it is very convenient to eat in the mall, there are many restaurants around, but it can be a bit noisy. There are also porridge and side dishes in the evening, which is convenient for those who come home late. Hot water and bedding are also very good, which can relieve fatigue.

The room is clean, beautiful, smart and comfortable. The lobby and yard are also large. Hanshan Temple is right outside. It is also very close to Xiyuan Temple. Hot spring pools didn't vary much, and occupied what seems to be a small area, which worked to our advantage because we stayed when the wearther was 1-2degC. Restaurant offered fair-priced dinner options, breakfast spread was fair as well. Not much happening in the surrounding area, until one takes the tourist shuttle (or the ebikes for rent parked around the area) where folks can check out other quaint village/farm cafes and restaurants.
