It’s a well-thought-out space for remote workers and creatives, but if you’re looking for a cozy or premium hotel experience, the basic rooms might disappoint.

The place is good to go somewhere But only for shopping and sleep If you want to heat some food,or some other drinks They don’t have microwave and the fridge space is too small Shower room is too small that I can’t put the clothes But the ppl is really friendly for service

Love this hotel. Very convenient opp got CU and it’s 2mins walk to the subway! Nearby a lot kbbq restaurants. Definitely will come back to this hotel again.

Superb. Lobby on 3rd floor. Shower had a bench for easier bathing for elderly. Exit Hongdae exit 9 (steps) or exit 8 (lift access). Pickup drop off point on main road was stressful as most Uber drops u there..better pickup drop-off point via small road leading to other side of hotel next to carpark exit/entrance is much better. Gym has usual basic stepper, weights, treadmill cross fit. Hotel access pass can only lead to the floor your room is located which is good. Walk downstairs and Harry porter cafe, and a whole lot of eateries. Buffet breakfast was adequate.

The hotel is very new and clean, located near the the metro train station, especially the airport line, which is so convenient to commute between the airport. The buffet breakfast is included, which should have nothing to complain, although the variety is limited and would be nice to see some Korean style breakfast. Would consider this hotel for our next trip back to Korea.

Good location Staffs are nice Room is clean but I don’t quite understand the sensor light inside the room. When someone pass by my room, the light inside my room will light up automatically.

Location is convenient & good. Lobby is very small but staff was nice. However, in the room, not each switch has electricity supply. Toilet was not completely clean & the last day the toilet flush switch was out of control ! The biggest problem was that at 1st day night, when I back to my room(I was very tried at that moment), I wrongly went to the room which next to mine, I found my mistake after I opened the door. Yes oh my god !!! I can use my room card open the other room (the room owner was not in the room but I'm so sorry！). I report to the staff but don't know the reason...and then my room door was not easy to open, need to push & pull several times. It was terrible experience since it is the problem of safety & security. Wish can be solved.

This hotel is meant more for lovers and couple as the layout and design is not very ideal for friends and families. While sitting on the bed, one can see clearly from the mirror on the wall what one is doing in the shower room. It’s more like a lovers hotel. There is no main toilet door too, just 2 cubicles for shower (transparent glass door) and towel bowl (sliding door). It was very inconvenient as my male friend stayed in the same room with his grown up daughter and they had to avoid each other during shower times due to the room design The aircon is controlled by the building and the remote don’t really work even if u adjust the degrees. You may have to call the lobby to adjust accordingly The lights are dim too. The whole room feels very yellowish even when ALL the lights are on. Even though there is a balcony, smoking is still prohibited and they are rather stringent on the checking out timing, once after 12pm, per hour is charged accordingly for lateness The nearest convenience stall is actually around 10-12 mins at the inter-junction near the train station

Great location. The walk way to the room feel like ******* house, quite scary and dirty with dust. (Feel like halloween cuz I visited there on 31st Oct) But when you entry the room, it’s special! Never expected this type of Bathroom and toilets in Korea! I always compare bathroom if each countries’ hotel. For me, south korean hotel had the worst bathroom. But this hotel is different! They separate everything in the bathroom like in China! Light in the room can be adjusted into many purple/pink light, and also go back go white light too. The cleanliness still needed to be improved, though, but overall is good. The system quite hi-tech like in China. So appreciated. If I come to Hongdae, this hotel will be my choice again!

Service - Excellent. The receptionists can speak English well, polite and helpful. Even the housekeepers aunties were very nice and friendly :) A few instances to share: email communications on luggage storage prior to my check in date and the availability of iron and board - they replied in a nice manner and promptly. Over the counter, they helped us to check and ensured the places we wanted to visit (Chuseok Holidays) were opened before heading there. Room - Good size. Clean. Interior decor for each rooms is different I believe (we booked 2 rooms). We didn't have much view as we were allocated at a lower level which were totally fine with us. A good selection of TV channels. Location - Good. A small supermarket, a few convenient shops, cafes and eateries are just nearby. Hongdae Shopping street is just a 3-5 minute walk away. Hongik University Station Exit 9 is about 6 minutes walk. Airport bus stop (Bus 6002) is just a 2 minute walk. The only feedback I have for this hotel is the cups - hoping they could use real cups instead of paper cups.
