We booked a villa, the staff is always smiling, friendly and extremely helpful even when a light was not working at night we got this fixed in no time. The restaurant and the sky bar have a great selection of food and beverages, while the room and overall facility were in good shape and clean. Would definitely recommend for a chill holiday in Bali, only thing to note is that the restaurants nextdoor create a lot of smoke when lighting up the BBQs but once you figure out the timing and location it's easy to avoid. Would visit again, thanks again to all staff for making our stay very pleasant!

This is a great Bali style small resort. It is showing signs of age but is very affordable in a great location. It backs straight onto beach, sitting in the middle of the bay. Close enough to walk in either direction to the fish restaurants but not so close to be effected by the crowds. There are laundry services close by and stalls for snacks at rear along beach front. Other resorts along beachfront offer a range of dining options. In house dining is simple, has a range of Indonesian and western options and is well priced with all mains under $10 Aus (100,000 rp). Beach is clean white sand, (some coral and shells), it was calm for our entire stay. Sunsets in the middle of the bay, no need to travel to sunset hotspots. We chose to stay in this location for the last 4 days of our holiday as easy access to Uluwatu and Garuda Wisnu Kencana. Easy access to airport without much traffic. Cleanliness is of average standard which seems to be the norm throughout Bali whether 4 or 5 star. Generous sized rooms. Staff are particularly friendly and very accommodating. Our return flight was delayed twice and we were able to book late check-out at $100,000rp per hour which was great. We would be happy to stay here again.

Choosing Guixiang was somewhat accidental. We originally booked a villa hotel in Nusa Dua, but on the first day of check-in, we found that their main swimming pool was under renovation and too noisy, so I immediately checked out and booked another one. We were a family of three adults and one child, and we wanted to stay in a villa with a large swimming pool, so we locked in Kayumanis. There was a last minute two-bedroom villa on Ctrip, and the price was still very cheap. I booked it for two nights with the mood of giving it a try, and then took a taxi to go there. After arriving at the hotel, the staff already knew who I was, and then arranged for us to have afternoon tea in the restaurant, and helped us with all the check-in matters. I was also surprised after entering the room. It was a 600-square-meter villa with a super large swimming pool, and it was extremely Balinese. The hotel staff was very enthusiastic. They drove us to the supermarket to buy things on rainy days, and waited for us to finish shopping and sent us back. It rained heavily all day on the first day we stayed, but fortunately there was such a villa for us to have fun leisurely, and the elderly and children were very happy. The breakfast was a set meal, the portion was very large, and it was also very delicious, and there was no time limit. The housekeeper said that you can call if you sleep until the afternoon. If you need anything, just call them and they will help you. Maybe because the hotel is small, the staff are very familiar with the guests and care about them. On the last day, because the flight was in the early morning, I booked a one-bedroom villa for another day and stayed until 10 pm. The hotel sent us to the airport. By the way, the beach is very close, just a five-minute walk. I really recommend everyone to come here. The experience will definitely be better if it is not the rainy season.

Like always we had a very pleasant stay in Abi Bali Resort again. It’s very quiet, the Swimmingpool is clean. We enjoyed the afternoon tea. The breakfast was delicious. We had many menu choices with fresh poached eggs Benedict. The stuff is very attentive and if you have any items, the friendly stuff helps you immediately. We really enjoyed our short stay, booked the next two days in Mutiara Resort, next to Abi Bali, the same company. The place is quiet. So it is a perfect resort for relaxing. There is also a Spa with a Koi Pont enjoying relax your body. We will come again and off course we recommend this hotel! Thank you so much for a beautiful stay here! See you again! Serenity What a lovely hotel this is. Beautiful landscaping and architecture. The rooms are large and very homie with a comfortable sofa, table and TV. The balcony is huge! There’s room to do yoga and it’s a great place to read or write in privacy, with the sound of the waves crashing and tropical birds singing. The main pool is massive with a fun swim up bar and there are so many lounge chairs everywhere, you’re sure to get one. I really enjoyed lounging by the sea wall and walking along the beach. The staff are super friendly and attentive. It’s also not too far from the street where you can find a shop or a salon. Wishes: The rugs in the room were full of stains and should be deep cleaned or replaced (or just gone). Also, I did not try the breakfast buffet, but I did order room service. The omelette and gluten free bread was very nice; however, the ricotta seemed a bit off and the yogurt was clumpy. The orange juice was fermented. (probably not stored properly as it’s tricky in these hot climates) so I did mention this issue to the manager and he promptly offered me some fruit and to make me a fresh juice. I hope they can improve the food to match the amazing atmosphere and service.

Very good service provided by the vivara team! Enjoy the big room and huge pool within the villa. We booked 2 bedroom villa, each room has it own toilet and bathtub too. And free snack and drink bar available. Breakfast a fresh and delicious, and coconut water is available too.

The best customer service I've ever experienced. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants at the hotel, the rooftop restaurant/bar serves really delicious food. There is a gorgeous spa where you can get different treatments and massages. There is an amazing spot where you can watch the sunset. The pool has it's own little bar so you can have a cocktail in the pool. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel and the beach is across the street from the hotel. The rooms at the hotel are really clean, it's better to get a room with a balcony so that you are able to dry your swimsuit and towels etc. This is a really good choice for a holiday in Bali. I would definitely come back here.
