Very good welcome service from friendly, smiling staff. The rooms are spacious and the surrounding a**osphere is good. There is a park for exercising and relaxing... There is a gate between the hotel and the park, but it opens and closes at different times. The hotel's bicycles are available free of charge. Near Bung Kla, Phaya Naga area, in the evening there is a restaurant. And near the Saturday Walking Street...there is no airport shuttle but there is a taxi service available..

Remote from village but quiete, well managed older property with atmosphere, infinity pool and wonderful sunset. The is a typical Thai Hotel on the countryside: even it doesn't look like it's more a booth construction than concrete walls (no noise isolation to outside, neighbours). Also it shows its age (potenially from 1990ies). However a itwasn't fully booked in late October so we could really enjoy this place with atmophere and a great sunset. Breakfast mainly for Asian (Thai) customers but this is everywhere on those remote from mass tourism places. Absolutely recommended for reasonable rates 1300-1500 THB (oldschool Thailand experience). We went there intending to camp, but when we got there we found that the tents had no toilet facilities. If you need a private bathroom, you should be careful when choosing a camping room. After communicating with the front desk, we changed to an RV (according to the front desk's description, only RVs have independent showers and toilets). In fact, RVs are also a brand new accommodation experience, but with it comes the fact that there is no sound insulation, and all the noise and movement outdoors will be transmitted to the sleeping place (the sound and vibration of the air conditioner, the chirping of insects and birds outdoors, passing vehicles, etc.). If you have a demand for a good sleeping environment, please be careful. Of course, for those who really like camping, these are the feelings they are looking for. This hotel is suitable for lower temperatures. At this time of year, it is too hot, 40° during the day and 30° at night. The outdoor daytime and night views are very good, and it is suitable for traveling with a car, after all, it is still a few kilometers away from the city.

Chiang Khan is a small river town with the magic of the Mekong river bringing visitors from far and near. With that, prices are exorbitant. Supposedly our room was for 4 persons but we used only one king size bed. The bedsheets were badly stained and we used the lesser of the two dirty ones. Mini Fridge didn't work and we asked for a replacement but it didn't work either. Bathroom was dirty at the corners and we wore slippers while bathing. Aircon was noisy but cold enough. Aarrgg..not coming back here again even for free.

We booked 4 rooms with the gang. I sleep alone and I have dyed hair. But in the bathroom, there is still black hair near the bathroom door. I'm not sure if the cleanup is not in time or what, but it's not an obstacle. I just feel that it shouldn't be there. The location is very close to the market. The room is not big. The usable area is small. It's really suitable for sleeping only. The water flows strongly. The light is normal. There is no glass bathroom door between the shower and the toilet (but there is a glass wall). The TV signal is not very good, so I didn't turn it on. But the Wi-Fi is very strong. I took my laptop to watch a movie. The staff provided good service. They called at 11 am to inform that the housekeeper would come to clean at 11:30. It's good that we made an appointment to check out at this time. If we really checked out at noon, I'm not sure if there would be a problem (the system said check out at 12:00). And for the breakfast coupon, I didn't have time to use it because the restaurants in that area will have a break during the day and open again in the evening. If I checked out at 11:30, I wouldn't be able to eat in time. For those who want to use this privilege, I recommend waking up early to eat.

I went to take the exam for further studies. The room was very nice. There was a swimming pool and a fitness center with a beautiful view. Then that day, my friend got hit by a car and the hotel took him to the hospital without charge. And that day there was no transport back to the hotel, so the hotel came to pick us up without any charge. And the hotel was very kind and even volunteered to take us to the exam at the university. Thank you to the senior officers. Thank you to the manager who took care of me like a businessman. Thank you for your kindness. Finally, what I want to say is that we passed the exam. Nice little hotel with quaint garden. The owner speaks passing English and has a friendly fat dog. My bed was good even though I prefer softer. A little far from the town center but it’s walkable maybe one kilometer. This is a tourist town but I was there in the off season so not many people around. But it’s a beautiful area to visit.

Nice hotel in its day. But a little dated and tired now.had a deluxe room which was very big and clean. Very few people staying there, so very quiet The food as very delicious. The swimming pool and gym are situated away from main hotel and very quiet. Nice if you want a quiet stay. Lovely gardens to walk around

The owner is friendly and provides excellent service. The accommodation is near Kaeng Kut Ku, you can walk there. I like the coffee corner where you can drink it all the time. There are fruits provided. I will come back again next time.
