Positive points: Located near shops, free breakfast provided, nice breakfast, efficient staff looking after guests, guest house provides free soap, shampoo, towel, bed sheets, refrigerator in bed room, attached toilet, nice view from balcony, free car parking. Negative points: Booking confirmation email received from UK.Trip.Com instructed me to a wrong address Pointing to F-10 whereas following telephonic contact with guest house I was guided to the correct address of E-11. Bed bugs reported to guest house administration; decided to check out after staying 2 days whereas booking was for 4 days.

The boss is very nice and enthusiastic! It will also give you more choices based on your financial situation. To be honest, although it is not as magnificent as a luxurious star hotel, I feel like I am a guest at my old Ba's house! Personally, I feel good about the hygiene, just like your relative's home in the county. Facilities: bathroom heater, toilet, air conditioner, fan, basic facilities are all there, but I didn't ask how to wash clothes! I was hesitating whether to wash it by hand or by machine. It was my third day here, so there was no need for it. The service is very enthusiastic and the boss is very kind. There are basically self-built houses outside the street, all with different personalities! Not as uniform as the countryside! Everyone must have his or her own philosophy!

The hotel service is very good and the price is very good. When I stayed at the hotel, it happened to be my birthday. The hotel specially prepared a birthday cake. If I hadn’t seen the surprise given by the hotel, I would have forgotten that it was my birthday. I was very touched, especially for us who have been traveling abroad for a long time. Thank you so much 🙏

The rooftop buffet is to die for. Steak, barbecue, scrumptious deserts and excellent curry and salad choices. The housekeeping staff is exceptional helpful and attentive. The executive lounge has free high tea for executive suites which has sandwiches and fruit chaat that are delicious and cardamom tea and lattes served for free all day.

The Hotel is Majestic, the traditional ambience and the design was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfy with complimentary drinks like soft drinks. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of local dishes. Overall, we were glad to have booked Serena Hotel for our first time in Islamabad.

I booked the room online, which was low cast. When i was arrived there, first they denied after few minutes discussion they allow to stay in the basement room, which was quite better, over all the stay is good.

The location of the hotel is very good, very clean and the environment is very good, next to the golf course, the environment is excellent. The breakfast is very rich and the service is good. Very safe and secure service is in place. There is hotel shuttle service. It feels worth it anyway.
