It is located just a few minutes walking from the pyramid area. It has various types of rooms. However, we were given a different type of room instead of what was booked even though we paid more initially. The view was immense. You could see the pyramid well and clear.

The hotel breakfast was great! There was a wide variety of salads to choose from. However I don’t want to stay again… location was really nice. If you stay just one day I recommend you.

This is the most expensive hotel in this trip to Egypt, more expensive than Sofitel Aswan, but except for the good breakfast and good service, I am not very satisfied with other things. 1. There is only a bathtub, no hand-held shower. 2. There is a musty smell when the room is opened, and the sound insulation is very poor, and the sound of the road outside can be heard clearly. I stayed at Le Meridien Airport Hotel before, and the sound insulation was not so bad. Maybe if you want to stay in this hotel, you must book a room with a pyramid view, so that you will not face the road. 3. There is no Chinese TV, but this is a common problem in Egyptian hotels, and there is no way to solve it. 4. The buffet is very rich, but the chefs have a bad memory. I asked for waffles and muffins, but they didn’t come after 20 minutes. I went to see them, and they immediately reacted and made them for me after a few minutes. It made me eat in a hurry, but the taste was good. Personally, I think this hotel is specially for viewing the pyramids, and other requirements are difficult to meet.

This was a GREAT place to vacation in Cairo. The location was on the river in view of pyramids from our balcony. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived HOURS before check-in and they just went ahead and gave us a room. I was shocked! I will def. be staying here again in the future. I have no complaints, no suggestions for improvement. Everything was beyond my expectation.

I was travelling by coach up from Hurghada which got delayed meaning i wouldn’t arrive until 2am, I also had problems with my phone so could not contact to inform. Getting into Cairo when my signal sorted, I received a msg from the Night porter saying He was looking forward to expecting me and to contact if any problems.. Only issue was finding the entrance but Osama came out to meet me in seconds of msging.. He asked what time i would like breakfast and asked if i would like awake up call at said time. Excellent warm friendly service, I had to get a picture with Osama in the morning before he finished his shift just to remember his fantastic warm welcoming smile Will certainly advise anyone to stay here for a great budget boutique hotel experience

I recently stayed at Khan DuiDar Inn in Giza and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The view of the Pyramids from the terrace was a real highlight and made for a lovely backdrop while relaxing. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive vibe of the hotel. While the neighborhood is quite old and poor, as expected, stepping into the hotel felt like entering a calm oasis. Overall, I recommend Khan DuiDar Inn for anyone visiting Giza. The entire hotel was spotless, and when I turned on the shower, I could smell the bleach, which reassured me of the high level of cleanliness. It’s also a very quiet place, perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the best parts is the convenience of having a mini fridge in the room and a Carrefour right next door. The room is super big, somewhere between Atour and Home Inn in China. At first glance, the hotel looks very new and nice, and the hygiene is OK, but you can see that it is a renovation on the original old facilities. But it is still OK to stay for one or two nights. The hotel service is very good, the restaurant can see the pyramids, and the balcony of the room we booked can also see the pyramids. The view is great and worth the money. The breakfast was good.

Personally, I wanted to see the light show at the pyramids and explore Saqqara more, so I plan to try Cairo again! I would definitely book here again then! If I had to point out a negative point, it would be that the entrance door was not properly set up. After struggling for about 10 minutes, a neighbor came to help me, unable to bear the sight, but he was pulling the door inwards while turning the lock. It may be difficult for a woman to open and close it with such heavy strength... I was saved because it remained open the whole time after that.

Lovely staff who saw to all my needs and paid attention to detail. The location is quite far from the airport but obviously close to the pyramids. I did book the Nile river cruise through the hotel and the driver was quite weird. He stayed with us on the table and it was quite an invasion of our privacy. The hotel will probably call and say they have a free gift offered I.e driving to different stations like the papyrus paper shop and oil store, it’s information but a little waste of time.

Hello everyone! We just flew home from Egypt, spent two days of our vacation in Cairo. Our whole family stayed at the Turquoise Pyramids Gate City Centre hotel. And it was a great choice!!! The hotel is like an oasis of coziness and comfort, amidst the general urban devastation and bustle. The staff is very responsive and friendly, they answered all our questions, helped us deal with some problems, were ready to organize a trip to any attractions and even helped us buy tickets to museums))) The restaurant located on the roof of the hotel deserves special admiration: it is on an open road with a view of the three largest Pyramids!!! If you are lucky enough to stay in Cairo on the day of the laser and music show, I think you can enjoy it right from the hotel!!! (we were unlucky that the show was not held these days. The rooms themselves are excellent, everything is clean, freshly renovated! In the cafe in the evening they make very tasty coffee (breakfasts include diluted coffee, I didn't really like this one). From food we only took breakfasts, they are ordinary, in the Egyptian style, but the view of the pyramids will make any breakfast royal ☺️☺️ I would gladly return to this hotel on my next visit to Cairo.

Don't be shocked if you stay here, as the main road leading to this hotel is full of horse and camel droppings. Luckily, the small path that takes you to the reception lobby is clean. As for the room, everything was fine and okay. The reception staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast with the pyramid view was absolutely awesome.

Very convenient location, right on the Giza plateau. Beautiful views of the pyramids. Staff are very accommodating and really try hard to please with the limited resources that they have. Right on the main road, so quite a lot of traffic noise for the rooms facing the street.

Walking distance to the Nile and not too far from the Egyptian Museum. The hotel is dated. I worried about the electrical safety of some of the appliances. The lamp wires had been damaged and taped back together. The fridge in the room was very dirty. The staff are friendly.
