We recently stayed here on a summer trip to Denmark. The hotel is within easy walk to Legoland Park and The Lego House (although the signage in Billund pointing you to Lego House is a bit confusing and really send you to an off site parking lot). Staff were nice although seemed exhausted and overworked. Summer is busy here and the guests were mostly other families with young children from across all of Europe. Being in the on-site restaurnt for breakfast buffet was loud and the lobby/main area of the hotel was also really loud with kids hyped up running all over. We did not know that this property DID NOT have air conditioning. We were here during a heat wave and the room was like a sauna. The window could only open about an inch. It was stiffiling. The frequent noise of planes arriving/departing Billund Airport was also not great and with that and the heat really kept us up. It was not an enjoyable stay at all. We learned the newer Lego ”Castle Hotel” next door has air conditioning but they had no rooms open for us to switch to. If you need to do laundry you can go to the Lego ”Holiday Village” which is their campground and buy tokens for the wash/dry. The laundry room is behind the store but when I was there the store only had large boxes of laundry detergent in stock. Why wouldn't they stock a smaller size as no one is doing laundry for a month or more on vacation?! Our room was a kingdom room at Hotel Legoland and the theming was great althoug hthe room was a bit dark. I think overall the hotel is overpriced for what you get.

Good breakfast and clean room. Easy check in and check out. Bed comfy but a bit warm in the room and bedcover very warm. Close to Billund airport eith free parking.No time to use the facilities such as gym unfortunately.

The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from the airport. It was self check in, but always someone there to help. We got there late at night n was able to order food, which was really good. There are free shuttle buses on the hour, to the attractions. Just ask which side to catch the buses (it at the back). Definitely recommended. I would rather wait in the lounge area there, than the airport. Plenty to keep the kids occupied too, Lego, games, puzzles and books.

Let me start with the advantages: Hotel location is very good, just a few steps out of the train station. Health is no problem. Disadvantages: It is too small, the bed is small, the room is small... small to speechless It’s not enough to ask the front desk to help call a taxi. I called me and called the car myself... This is the first time I have encountered it. I will not live in this house in the future.

The location is good, the Andersen Museum is right at the door, and there is an Andersen statue at the door of the hotel; The room is not big, but it is relatively new overall The breakfast is quite satisfactory, with the typical ones, not bad Parking is charged, just behind the hotel, the same price within 24 hours, 150DKK. The biggest advantage: there is a kettle, and it is finally convenient to drink boiled water

The hotel is very close to the meeting at Lego House. Nordic-style hotel with a common reception room, simple and bright, easy to work.

A very nice hotel where we were able to enjoy a relaxing break as a family. Certainly not for the last time.

Hotel well cleaned and well located, near the trafikcenter station... The receptionist are so kind and helpful... I stayed just 1 night in a single room, but I have all the necessary to stay confortable I absolutely recommended it

long distances, cottages already a bit worn and not smelling new, quite a peculiar policy of additional payment for bed linen, towels and used media (unfortunately at above-market prices). on the plus side, a lot of space and attractions for children, a nice water park with a lot of slides.

The room is quite big, it can accommodate two adults and three children. We had one adult and two children and we felt that we were at a big loss! The hotel service is also very good. It is very convenient to stay here to play Lego. There is also a Lego hotel next to it that is cheaper than this one. The Lego house, which is a few minutes drive away, is especially worth going to, and is more worthwhile than Legoland. After all, Legoland is in many places.

I stayed in Billund for one night and booked this hotel. The hotel is very big. We lived in a separate building on the second floor, with 8 rooms in each building. The room is large and comfortable. Knowing that the three of us specially arranged the sofa as a bed, I like it. The bathtub can also be used for massage, which is comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. The only drawback is that it is a bit further from Legoland than other hotels, and it takes ten minutes to walk.

The room is very small, only one night's sleep is not required. It is very close to the station, 5 minutes' walk away. There are supermarkets and coffee shops in the station, which is very convenient. It's a 10-minute walk from the Hans Christian Andersen Museum.

 The hotel is conveniently located, the underground is the parking lot ＇, and the attractions such as Andersen's former residence and Andersen Museum can be walked.  There is an open-air comb outside the hotel for guests to rest and feel comfortable.

The hotel has a large yard, perfect for kids to play in. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay, so we had to walk through water to get to our room from the yard. The kitchen is very spacious, making it easy to cook meals. I recommend having breakfast there for added convenience. One thing to note is that towels and bed linens come with an extra charge.

Fried chicken praise, the staff is particularly enthusiastic, because English is not very good, the first time to go abroad is free, many places do not understand, the front desk aunt patiently told me to check in what she needs, breakfast time is also specially written for me On the paper, the place where the luggage is stored is on the side of the front desk. The meat sauce is especially delicious. We went to Copenhagen, Aarhus and Copenhagen. Clarion Airport Hotel near the airport, things like liver pate and bolognese are not delicious for Odense. Wipe it on the bread, then add a few slices of meat, then a few slices of pickled cucumber, fried chicken is delicious~ The house is not big, but the Nordic side is like this. It takes about five minutes to get to the town hall, not far from the attractions such as Andersen’s former residence, and the train station. It’s about ten minutes walk, whether it’s in the city. Playing, or taking the train to Iesco Castle is very convenient, this kind of land, plus breakfast is only 700 yuan is very cheap.

It’s very convenient to the opposite side of the train station. I thought about other hotels like Lishao but I thought about dragging the boxes and didn’t want to go too far. It proved very wise. The town is also very quiet. There is a very cheap and delicious Thai-style meal at McDonald’s in the train station. Chinese stomach ate two breakfasts in the hotel but the breakfast room was nice and the park room was big.

Very recommended hotel, especially self-driving, very close to the high speed, free parking. Some distance from the city center. The hotel facilities are very good, equivalent to the domestic four-star hotel, belonging to the conference hotel, the service is not bad. European style at breakfast. This price is very good value for staying in such a hotel in Denmark. The most recommended hotel in Denmark for a few days.

The breakfast was great and varied. The front desk lady was very friendly. When I asked for the renewal, I originally booked a small room, but still arranged for us to live in the family room. It is close to Andersen Museum, Odense Church, Town Hall Square, supermarket, train station, and is within walking distance. Overall it is a very good experience.

Chose it for location as it is closest to our destination in the city. It was rather expensive compared to other hotels. the Breakfast was ok. What we didnt like was that the rooms did not contain a fridge. In our view the pricetag would have been fine and justified if the was a fridge and a little free minibar. just makes a stay that much more enjoyable and convenient.

Although the room is not very big, the hotel facilities are relatively new, the surrounding environment is very quiet, and there is a river next to it, you can go for a walk by the river. Walk about 15 minutes from the train station, recommend friends to go to Lego to play as a transit hotel.

The location is very good, the train station is, the whole city is more concentrated, the nearby is the city center, eating and shopping are more convenient, the overall hotel is very good, the room daily parallel tea and coffee are very good. The bed is large and comfortable, the front desk restaurant is unique and has a convenient Japanese and bar.

Unexpectedly good! A quiet place, a ten minute drive from Legoland. Breakfast is good. Dinner is a salad buffet plus a main course of your choice. There is free parking. The hotel's homemade cookies are also delicious.

This is a resort style accommodation. Nice cozy lobby, good breakfast but can be better with more options. Room abit rundown and small. No lift if you not staying on ground floor. Carpark in front of lobby limited, but more free lots a minute distance away. No toiletries or room amenities to comment, do not expect a 4 or 5 stars hotel standard. But overall a good stay for a night or two.
