I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City and was very pleased with the experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, finding public car parking was a breeze, as there's a multi-story car park directly opposite the hotel. The room we chose was impressively spacious, providing ample comfort for our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, easy parking, and generous room size, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Brussels.

We did not like area of the hotel, quite dirty with various strange types of people. But it is 5 min walk to Brussels Nord train station and few tram stations. 8/10 in conclusion, with less points just because of the area around the hotel, not hotel as such

The hotel is conveniently located at Brussels Midi Station. Having arrived around 9.00pm  was looking forward to nice Moroccan food, which Brussels is famous for, I was directed to go out of the hotel a short 8minutes walk to a well reviewed restaurant. I didn’t feel safe walking around the area at that time and quickly returned to the hotel. Dark dingy and smelly subways.  Getting to my room, the phone wasn’t working and I had to take the lift down to order the food. After room service brought the food and quickly left, I realised there were no utensils to eat the food with. So I had to go down seven floors to ask for utensils, and by the time they came the food was already cold. I have to say the Abdel at reception was doing his best to address my concerns, and waived the cost of the room service. Thank you Abdel. The following morning, upon my request again, the maintenance team came and replaced the telephone handset. So, apart from that drama, would I stay again? I might if I can’t find a better one and the same location.  Oh, and as I was checking out they charged me some local tax, which I would have thought should have been included in the quote. Unless this is a Brussels thing.

📍 Location: It is a 30-minute walk from the central train station, but very close to shopping and major tourist attractions. If you want to take a short trip to Luxembourg by bus, it only takes 20 minutes to walk. 🧹 Hygiene: When checking in, you will receive a bed cover, quilt cover, and pillow case, and then go to the room to choose a bed (first come first served). There are bathroom facilities in the room, which are basically clean. 🔌 Charging: There are extension sockets, adapters or USB connectors. 🔕 Quietness: Travelers staying alone are quite quiet, and there is no noise outside. Overall it is OK

It is a very nice hotel in a very nice location. The rooftop bar is lovely. Unfortunately for the price we paid we were sad that we had numerous issues with our room, Bath & sink plugs both broken & tv not working.

One stone away from Grand Place. A lot of eateries and very center and Was able to Visit what I wanted to see in Brussels. The hotel itself screams history and art. The very detail of every corner of the entire hotel tells a story. We even met the very humble and nice owner. All staff was also nice and gives us a welcoming vibe. Will definitely come back again. Breakfast was decent nonetheless hope can add an egg to the meal :) No complaints at all! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When we enter the room, there’s a terrible smell like “old” or not cleaned well, The shower curtain was broken, there was a strange door (which we dont know going where in the room), the aircon is TERRIBLE! Not working well, and the door from the hallway is very hard to open. We had a very bad stay in this hotel.

The location of the hotel is simply great, right in the city center and less than 100 meters from the Grand Place in Brussels. We took the train from Luxembourg and got off at the Central Station. It is less than 50 meters away from the hotel. The location is excellent.

Location is 10m walk from Midi SNCB station. Massive construction work at entrance, so get a room facing courtyard is advisable. Room is fine for 1-2nts, the neighbourhood is mainly occupied by African, Middle Easterners & East Asian. Many grocery shops, buying fruits & daily essentials are cheap, for meals it’s better to eat in the station Did not consume the hotel breakfast. Lift& corridoris extremely claustrophobic, the space of 1pax

It comes with breakfast and this time they did not even check the room number. The breakfast selection is quite good. They also have locker room for the luggages. To go to the city center, there is tram and metro. It only takes 25 min by walking.

I booked this hotel at the last minute for a short trip to Brussels for an event.I arrived at night time so it took a while to get my bearings from De Bruckere metro station. I arrived tired and hungry so once I checked in,I got a quick shower to freshen up. Booked a single room (bed was slightly bigger than a single). Okay size for the time I was there. It had a patio door so could go outside if you smoke. Bathroom small but for what I needed perfect. There was even a hairdryer which was needed as my trousers had been washed before ai left home and were a bit damp and also for drying hair on the Sunday morning. A safe was in the room and a colour TV with a desk and chair. Foodwise,the information in the hotel booklet in the room needs to be updated as it stated breakfast was on the 7th floor. It wasn't it was on the ground floor then you had to go down a couple of lots of stairs so bear this in mind if wanting to eat breakfast in the hotel especially if disabled or you have mobility issues.Breakfast was scrambled egg,bacon,mushrooms,baked beans if you wanted a hot option. There was also a waffle machine,toast,cereals,yogurt,fruit and pastries with water,fruit juice and two hot drinks makers for tea,coggee and hot chocolate. Food was ok for setting me up for the rest of the day. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby selling a variety of different cuisines however the friterie a few doors up seemed to always be busy. Location wise about 6 minutes walk to the Grand Place and about 8-10 minutes to the Mannequin Pis. In the other direction about the same to the Place de Monnaie which has lots of shops like Uniqlo,Foot Locket,Primark,Decathlon etc. There is a Dunkin Donuts however there is only seating on the upstairs level and there is no lift. Found using the Beurs metro either no 4 or 10 useful for if getting the Eurostar from Brussels. Staff helpful as was able to leave my bags in the left luggage room whilst sightseeing on last day and helped with directions to get to South-Midi station. Only complaints if you can call them that are,lack of kettle in room for making a tea or coffee (much needed after a long journey),decoration in room needs a refresh as paint work chipped and looks like it has seen better days same with corridors away from hotel lobby.

Went for tomorrowland weekend 2 and booked a hotel in brussels to re energise for a night. When i entered the hotel, i was so shocked that it was a Tomorrowland themed hotel. Prior to arriving at the hotel, when i was saying goodbye to my friends from all around the world, i was crying because i knew that it would be another year till i see them again. The moment i arrived, our concierge gave us a post card to write about tomorrowland and hang it in the middle of the lobby. I wrote down all my friends name from all different countries and it was really a core memory. I took a picture and sent it to them to let them know, they will always be in my heart and mind and our friendship is forever

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are superb, very modern, the beds are comfortable, beautiful bathroom, coffee and tea are very appreciated. Beautiful swimming pool, unfortunately it was closed without warning. Too bad the person at the reception who does not speak French, we had no dialogue, questions impossible. Be careful of the step when you get out of bed, especially at night, it is quite high. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

My recent stay at Hotel Indigo Brussels was a pleasant blend of charm and hospitality.  The hotel's location is impeccable. It’s perfect for anyone looking to explore the city without the hassle of long commutes. However, despite the overall positive experience, I encountered an issue with cleanliness that needs addressing. I found hair and stains on the bed linen, which was quite disappointing. It was clearly not up to the usual standards you would expect from a reputable hotel. Overall, while the hospitality and convenience were commendable, I believe there needs to be more attention to housekeeping to enhance the overall guest experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future stays.

The hotel is located in a quiet place in the downtown area. It is 7-8 minutes walk from North Station. It is very convenient. The next day, I went to Brussels Airport. I took the airport express to North Station for 10.8 euros and arrived in 22 minutes. It is very convenient. It is very close to the center of Brussels and can be reached on foot. It is very good

Very close to metro station and city center, so it's super convenient. The historic decor of the building is quite an experience.

I find that the ”Hotel City Center” hotel is well served in terms of public transport and nearby shops in Brussels. The bathroom, although small, is well private. Overall speaking, my stay in Brussels was very satisfactory, whether it was the visits to the museums, the emblematic places such as Manneken Pis, Atomium, etc. as well as the shopping centers such as City 2, Docks Brussels.. It is wonderful ! I highly recommend this capital of Belgium, you will amaze.

The location of this place is the hotel's best offering. It is a 5 mins walk from Brussels Noord Station. The shopping belt @ Rogiers is @ next street. As for the room, it is also shared by other reviewers on its aged furniture. However, it is clean and pleasant enough to stay in. I also noted that the hotel took efforts to address some feedback, e.g. adding lights and power points. You need to follow the signs and check in at the adjacent hotel as this hotel closed its entrance and counter. Given the price we paid per night, it is good value for money. Ok to stay during cooler months as there is no air conditioning.

The decoration is very characteristic and full of Belgian modern design. The overall facilities are excellent, the environment is first-class, and the service is excellent. If you say the disadvantage, it is too far from ubahn, you can't get out of the door without taking a taxi.

The location is debatable. Very close to the tram and Train Station. But as a neighborhood, it is a bad, scary and unsafe neighborhood. The neighborhood where Noord Station is located is just awful, but it can be nice if you get over the trauma and return to the hotel before late at night. The remaining opportunities in the hotel's ga*** were ideal and the night could be spent comfortably.

We waited 1h30 for a decision from the hotel manager (05/19 in the evening) which could have been taken in 20 minutes Thanks to the Trop.Com customer service that I had (line in English available 24/24) the situation was resolved (thanks to my interlocutor that very efficient evening). I advanced the charges for another bedroom suite as discussed with trip.com. This amount was refunded to me within 24 hours by the trip financial department after sending the payment receipts (very fast refund, thank you). Thank you to my interlocutor Christ.... for his efficiency in solving the problem via his customer service. I strongly recommend this site to those who do not know it. I booked the hotel for 2 nights for myself and friends. The whole hotel experience was really good . Staff were very friendly, Abel was very helpful and kind The hotel is close to the centre about 15 mins walk, where you can enjoy some attractions .

Location was a bit grim outside - lots of building work going on down the entire street, and the general area around Bruxelles Midi is a bit sketchy with homeless people. But we didn't have any problems, although we were super on guard the whole time. It is extremely convenient to get to the station though. The hotel itself was amazing, and the spa area was great. After a long day out, the sauna and jacuzzi and steam room all hit the spot.

It is a hotel across the street from the train station Brussels midi which is the main train station for fast trains. The hotel is newly renovated. The room is quite clean. However, the room cleaning is not provided every day unless it is requested. So the sign needs to put ok the door to get the room cleaned. Clean towels can be requested at the front desk.

Price: I booked it for more than 700, including breakfast. The price is quite affordable. The conditions are pretty good in all aspects. Location: In fact, the location is a little far, and it is still far from the Manneken Pis. It is about 2.5 kilometers, and it takes half an hour to walk. It is recommended to book a hotel near Brussels Square. It is within walking distance of the luxury street. You have to change buses after taking the No. 12 bus from the airport. The black man left with his schoolbag, and the white man continued to steal. I checked in on Monday. There are some hotels with more than 500 yuan in the back with better locations. I booked early, but I suffered a loss. I originally wanted to ask Ctrip to cancel the trip, but they wouldn’t let me.

Great location, you can reach everything on foot and the hotel has been completely renovated and is no longer like the pictures. Unfortunately we were missing some air conditioning or ventilation because it was very warm and stuffy inside the hotel. Otherwise it is very loud at night if you sleep with the window open. The facilities and service were nice 😻

I was really lucky. When all the flights were cancelled due to a strike in Belgium, I was able to stay in a place that felt just like home. It was like the old houses I had read about in fairy tales. As soon as I stepped inside, I was amazed. The layout was really unique. I had to climb two flights of stairs to reach my room, and it truly felt like I was on my way to a princess's room in a fairyland. When I got to the door of my room, I never expected it to be a tall double door. I felt as if I was entering a palace. The room was spacious, and it had a fireplace that I had always dreamed of. The door lock used an old-fashioned key, just like the kind that many people wear as a decoration around their necks. For someone like me who is used to living in reinforced concrete buildings and taking the elevator every day, this experience was truly like a fairy tale. Although this place wasn't perfect, perhaps the old houses in fairy tales are all like this, aren't they? The experience here was really special.

My favorite hotel in Brussels so far. Good location with many restaurants, convenient stores, shops etc. Friendly and helpful staff! The room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Everything was perfect during the stay! Would definitely recommend this place!

Great hotel room. Everything was clean and well maintained. We did struggle a bit with the AC, and couldn’t really get it to work unfortunately. But great stay otherwise!
