We stayed at 4 hotels in Siem Reap on this trip and we both agree this was the best. The room was large with oversized soft bed and strong ac. Words just can’t describe the pool…biggest we have seen in our lives. It’s so relaxing to just swim around the whole thing. Breakfast was our best at this hotel as well. 100% loved it and would return.

Had a wonderful experience at Koulen Hotel. We were warmly greeted by the manager and the whole team was exceptionally welcoming. This hotel had beautiful spacious rooms with access to clean pools. We loved the female only spa and sauna and the wide variety of equipment in their gym. Air conditioner in every room which made our stay even more comfortable considering the heat reached high 30s.

Amenities was a little disappointing- no brand new slippers it appears reused. Toilet paper was of poor quality and very thin.
Overall stay we were very happy.
I am very satisfied with this hotel. It is the quiet and spacious feeling I want. The waiter cleans very carefully. I come back to swim after checking in at Angkor Wat every day. There are two swimming pools, which is very convenient.
Located about 5 mins in a TukTuk from the nightlife/restaurants which is perfectly fine for Siem Reap (and to be honest a nice peaceful area). Really lovely Cafe which is a THIRD the price of Bar Street area about 5-6 mins walk (RomSai cafe) - amongst others.
Hotel is spotless, and the pool is superb. My photo is just a regular iPhone photo - it really is that nice. Staff were absolutely great whenever needed, and our room was well above what you would get for similar and more money in other countries. As stated you’ll need to get into Restaurant area should you wish which is $1.5-$2 a ride and hotel gets a tuktuk whenever so it’s very easy. I’m English, currently living in Philippines, and if this hotel were in Philippines (Palawan, Boracay) it would be far closer to £100 a night. Highly recommended.
I recently stayed in Riversoul with my family and we loved their service. The people are very tidy and organised and respecting. All the people whom we met in the hotel were super cordial.
If you are vegan/vegetarian or do not eat pork/beef then do mention it to them and they will ensure it isnt brought to you.
We also availed special spa services for our parents and I personally took a facial. It was super relaxing.
They also have tuk tuk and car services for all the tourists that you can take advantage of.
They even have a swimming pool which was our relaxation spot.
I also loved the minimalist theme they had as decor. You will not be allowed to eat in the room but they provide you with plates to eat inside the room or in the restaurant.
I would for sure recommend this amazing stay at Siam Reap.

The staff customer service is amazing . I would say beyond expectations. They were so accommodating, they allowed us to check in very early as we had morning flight and check out late as our flight was late evening. They would recommend any customised travel itinerary as well as transportation. The breakfast although starts at 6:30am , they arrange it early even at 4am to accommodate our early morning sunrise plan. Thanks a lot.
The staff at Titos were amazing. Very helpful, kind and helped us with renting scooters and recommendations.
Pros
- Amazing staff that are willing to help you with anything
- Cheap laundry next-door that will deliver to the hotel
- Price of the rooms were fair
- Pool is nice and seemed clean
- Easy walking distance to Pub Street
The rooms themselves were okay but there were a few minor cons
- My door facing the balcony had a gap in it which could let in bugs/mosquitos
- A/C didn't work that well in my room
- A mosque is nearby so you will hear the prayer calls throughout the day
- The room doors have slits in the design so bugs/ac air can escape/enter
If you want a decently priced hotel in a central location I recommend Titos

Friendly service staff. Joined the Masterchef cooking class offered by the hotel and enjoyed ourselves a lot. Chef speaks reasonably good English and they helped to make many nice photos throughout the class. Room was comfortable and spacious. If I have to pick on something, they probably need to change the in room hairdryer.

GGuest UserClose to the airport, the chartered driver said it was a five-star hotel, the place where the checkin was antique, the hotel was Cambodian-style, the room furniture was wooden, there was a large balcony, the room was reasonably sized, the bedding was very good, comfortable The water in the shower room is slow and easily leaks out. The lobby restaurant, swimming pool and spa area are all Cambodian style, suitable for leisurely enjoyment of vacations. It is not necessary to travel without a car, and it is a little far from the attractions.
