I spent 5 nights at this awesome hotel. I went to relax and unwind from the city. This was the perfect location just for that. The staff provided excellent customer service with suggestions of where to visit and provided me with a free bike so I was able to explore the local area. The grounds of the hotel were equally exceptional. The hotel is immaculate and clean with much greenery and outdoor space to relax during the day. My room was of a very high quality and very comfortable. I was surprised at the price quoted given the quality of the accommodation with a number of discounts added before I had even finished booking. I also got a free room upgrade on arrival. All in all this was an excellent place to stay and I couldn't recommend this hotel more highly. I shall definitely stay here again should I be looking for a relaxing long weekend break away from Shanghai.

My stay at the Hyakumangoku Onsen Hotel was a unique blend of modern Japanese style and traditional onsen experience. The hotel's architecture and interior design were sleek and contemporary, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. However, I was disappointed to find that the hot spring was not available for couple usage, which was a major draw for me. Despite being renovated in 2021, some fixtures and soft furnishings showed signs of wear and tear, which detracted from the overall experience. On the plus side, the hotel's location was convenient for visiting Shanghai Disney Land and Shanghai Village, which offered a range of international brands for shopping. Overall, I would recommend the Hyakumangoku Onsen Hotel for its modern take on traditional Japanese hospitality, but with the caveat that some areas may need further attention to detail.

Hidden in the mountains, the holiday courtyard is beyond expectation. The environment is quiet and the private hot spring in the courtyard is also very private, suitable for the whole family. The breakfast is all Sam's, Swiss rolls, croissants, and hot wontons. There is also a farmhouse restaurant nearby with good taste. The boss said that you can see Disney fireworks standing on the bridge not far away. I will stay there again next time if I have the chance.

First time to stay here in Sun Island with my daughter. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. My daughter and I enjoyed the beachfront wave pool and the mini farm. It has many things for kids to do. I would recommend for everyone who have kids or just looking for staycation. Just one suggestion of improvement is the bouncy playground beside camping area. It would be great if is clean and sanitized.

A wonderful, quiet hotel on an old street, not far from Pudong airport. Very polite and attentive staff. Some speak English. Willingness to help is beyond praise. The hotel is small, furnished in Chinese and Japanese traditional style. You can try to put on hanfu, play gu-qin, you can take baths in a hot spring. The spring is not always hot enough (you need to warn before your visit 1-2 hours in advance!). In the morning they serve a good, tasty breakfast. There is a transfer to the airport at a fixed time (in the morning at 6-00, 9-00). The only downside is that it is a bit far from the city center, but the metro is only 1.5 km away, we walked in 15-20 minutes along beautiful old streets and squares.

This hotel is way overpriced. Paid 1073 rmb for a bigger room but the tub there was smaller then the other rooms. The design of the room was quite cheap and the smell wasn’t so good. This hotel worths no more than 400-600 a night. The hotel entrance and lobby are quite nice.

The duplex room is basically cold downstairs, and you have to wear a coat on the first floor. The air conditioner does not heat, and the floor heating is equivalent to no heating. This is a very bad experience. The air conditioner upstairs is so hot that you have to turn it off before you can sleep. The difference is too big. In addition, the curtain design lets in light very early in the morning, so you can't sleep well. Other service attitudes are good, and taking a bath is also simple and no problem

I came to Shanghai on a business trip and came to this hotel recommended by my colleagues. I was very satisfied with the stay. The hotel is relatively quiet, with complete facilities. The clean and comfortable bedrooms give guests a warm feeling when they are away from home. There are various breakfast options. I accidentally discovered that there is a banquet hall that can host some small and medium-sized events. I stayed there for a quick night and felt that it was good. It is a chain hotel with a very high cost performance. It is worth coming again!

The homestay in the forest has fresh air and a natural oxygen bar. It is very suitable for daily relaxation and healing. The driving traffic is very convenient.
