Top service at the reception, specially Sajjad and Suad (Both in their 20s) great guys. Heart for hospitality Service. Rooms and toilets were super clean. There is a Microwave, Hot water for guests to use for free. GReat Location just outside the central station.

Looking forward to to meet you guys here especially wonderful staff of this hostel! 🥰 I stayed at Five Reasons Hostel & Hotel on the night of October 3, 2024, and had an excellent experience. I arrived around 1:30 PM and was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, though I’ve forgotten her name. She set a great vibe for my stay, and I was able to check in earlier and even choose my own bed, which was a nice touch. The beds have outlet chargers conveniently placed next to them, and the views from the hostel are stunning. The price is very reasonable, and I hope it stays that way as this hostel could easily get more popular. It’s perfect for anyone seeking serenity and peace, and two of the beds even come with privacy curtains. There’s a lovely garden behind the kitchen, which is well-equipped with cutlery, a water boiler, a fridge, and a kitchenette. The hostel is easy to spot from the train station, and it offers direct transport to the airport, which is super convenient. The kitchen and living room have plenty of seating, making it feel homely. This place is perfect for those who want a quiet, peaceful environment while still having spaces to socialize. I truly wished I could have stayed longer and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere a bit more. And there's a free tour, too! Highly recommended! (please don't increase the price! I'll comeback! 🥰)

Lokasinya dekat dengan stasiun Flixbus, cukup berjalan kaki sekitar 900m. Kamarnya luas dan kamar mandinya bersih. Satu hal yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah layanan yang diberikan oleh staf resepsionis. Mereka tidak informatif. Ketika saya datang, mereka tidak memberi tahu tentang sprei yang harus kami bawa sendiri. Karena sudah larut malam dan resepsionisnya sibuk (hanya satu orang yang siaga dengan banyak orang yang mengantre), saya memutuskan untuk tidur saja tanpa sprei. Mereka seharusnya tetap memiliki dua staf di shift malam.

Knowing a bunch of new friends here, the staff was friendly and the kitchen is provided as well, there is billa mart nearby where you can get instant warm food or basic ingredients from, it inear the train station as well! Have a great time while staying here!

Stayed here for my birthday and was surprised with a free breakfast. The breakfast was excellent—not just because it was free, but genuinely good. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils I needed. Loved having a bathroom inside the room and the provided locker. Plus, each bed had its own fan, which was super convenient.

기차역 바로 앞에 있어서 너무 편했고, 구시가지? 광장이랑도 크게 멀지 않았어요. 침대도 푹신하고 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.

Tidak ada kekurangan transportasi. Letaknya tepat di sebelah Stasiun Pusat. Anda bisa pergi ke kota atau kereta bawah tanah sesuka Anda. Aspek lainnya lumayan. Meski tidak ada dapur, ada bar yang ramai di malam hari. Resepsionis juga menyediakan sebotol minuman gratis setiap hari. Tentu ada juga kekurangannya. Kekurangan terbesarnya adalah bar dan front desk dikunci setelah tengah malam. Yang mau begadang hanya bisa ke dua meja di sebelah pintu akan lebih baik jika bar buka sepanjang hari. Sikap pelayanan sangat baik, pokoknya semua terjawab. Salah satu anggota staf khususnya bernama ”Sebastian” adalah yang paling baik yang pernah saya lihat.

1人旅でドミトリー利用しました。セキュリティしっかりしており女性でも安心して利用できると思います。立地もいいのでミュンヘン行く際はまた利用します。ミュンヘン中央駅からノイシュヴァンシュタイン城行きましたが､駅近いため便利でした。
