The staff are friendly and the room I use was a king size room, very clean and neat. That day I was about to checkout there was a firealarm from a toaster in the room and the staff were prompt in getting everyone outside in safety zone, while waiting for firefighters to determine the source and clear that all in well to return inside. The staff were awesome.

Although several people stayed in the room, it was very clean, people were friendly and the staff too. Highly recommended.

Great location short walk to the vibrant valley - Manor house is in a peaceful area - need to be early to secure parking on property or lucky to secure free street parking on weekends. Only comfort issue was the air conditioner was too noisy for sleeping .

Location is right front of big shopping centre. 4mibts to Rusty fruits and vegie market. Only 15 mints to esplanades st. Room is clean , bath room clean Just kitchen need to update . Bit rustic around water area. But overall , excellent service and friendly staff!!

Had a wonderful stay at cairns queen court! All the staff were super friendly. They always try their very best to help with our questions and provide suggestions to our trip planning! However, beware of the morning (ard 6:30am) house keeping if you wanna sleep in~ overall, I enjoyed staying there and had lot of fun in Cairns!

All I can use to describe is average. The room wasn’t awful, but wasn’t good, same with the bathroom. Room smelt damp. But for one night stay before / after the air port, it did the job. Reception wasn’t the friendliest, hotel needs a MAJOR revamp. Ok for the price I guess?

The hotel is quite new. Supposed to book a female dorm but mistakenly selected a mixed dorm. However, the experience is not bad. Facilities are new. I like the locker which is large enough for a 23kg-size luggage and accessible by the room key. Love the kitchen and rooftop areas. Hand wash and bath gel are provided in the bathroom. Location is near to Fortitude Valley station. 24/7 front desk makes it more convenient for late flight passengers like me. However, it's quite warm inside the pod.

Close to the airport, easy to find. Had no trouble with train noises once asleep. Room was clean as well as the bathroom. On the negative and really not that big a deal is that the undercover parking is limited and spaces not very big. Also Watch the bottom step in the dark. Miss stepped going down at 4.30am as I didn't see the bottom step and landed on my knees. Could do with a bit more lighting at the bottom of the stair.

YHA Coolangatta is situated very close to the airport and makes for a very convenient single night stay location if you need to catch an early flight the next morning (My flight was at 6am, and the service staff were very accommodating to my need to check out by 4am). It is also only a 7min walk to the nearby beach and seaside cafes, so you wont have to worry about activities for the day if you were there. The rooms, while simple, were clean and well ventilated. The shared facilities were also clean and up to standard, and if you'd like to cook there is a shared kitchen facility as well. The only slight disadvantage is that the rooms have louvred windows, so noise from people watching videos in the room may travel out, or you might also hear people chatting outside your room if your room faces a common area.

It is a budget hotel, but it is clean. The AC worked well. The lady at the reception was nice and let me leave my luggage in a room downstairs, so I didn't have to carry it up the stairs. The only drawback is the smell, but it is doable for one night. There is a Lebanese restaurant 3 minutes away by car, that has very good food and a view.

We had a wonderful time. Rooms was clean and spacious. Easy check in process, free parking , close to the airport and shopping centres.

Location is good in the mid of city. Service is good. Receptionist is so nice and help us with everythhing. Pod system is quiet okay but you need to clean the room more. Shower isnt really hot. Overall is good for short term living in Brisbane.

It is very new and clean, the facilities are also very good, the price is very high, it is recommended. Behind the hotel is Kangaroo Point Park with a great view. The bus station at the door of the hotel can reach the CBD and there is also a parking lot.

This is located in Mermaid Cafe. I came to Gold Coast to attend a conference and stayed in Broadbeach area. I had a early morning flight from Gold Coast and wanted to spend the last night a little more nearer to airport. But found this place cozy and near to another beach. It was conveniently located near Tamborine Street bus stop from where you can take Bust # 777 to reach airport. Restaurants with seafood and other options are very near. Mermaid beach is also easily accessible from Camden Motor Inn. Reception was very helpful and check-in was smooth. She also printed my flight boarding pass upon my request. It seemed the facilities are not so good as they hanged the message that their pool was not heated and laundry was out of order. But when I got into my room, I found it was quite good. Spacios bedroom, comfortable and clean bed, nicely arranged kitchen made a very good impression to me. The stay was nice and well worth the price I paid for.

Nothing to complain about the accommodation itself. Everything is fine: location, cleanliness. But it was one of my worst travel experiences so far. I stayed in a 10 bed female dorm. There were only 3 occupied beds that night. One girl brought a man to the room and had sex on the upper bed at 5 am in the morning. I was really shocked. It was the guest problem so I am not blaming the hostel. I'm just writing what happened that night.

My experience was really good. You can meet  new people easy on the rooftop.  Maybe the hostel can add oil in the kitchen because I think a lot of traveller don't have oil with them for a travel duration of 3-4 days.  but all in all good:)

It was a cozy place to stay in. Room is clean and spacious even if you have lots of luggages. Loved the mini kitchen/dining, very aesthetic. Although the sink is quite small, especially if you're washing the utensils but, still manageable 😉. Tram station is just a few steps away, going to and from to other places is not an issue.

Room was clean, adequate hot water for shower. Small problem with road upgrade for light rail- some noisy roadworks done overnight. Won't be forever.

A motel in Gold Coast, with a good location and free parking! Plenty of parking spaces. The hotel has a small swimming pool, so you can go back to the hotel to continue swimming after swimming in Gold Coast. I booked a connecting room, which is not very big, but enough. The hotel restaurant is open at noon, so there is no breakfast. But we had lunch and dinner in the restaurant, the quality is great and very cost-effective. The price level is lower than Brisbane. Very friendly price for a tourist area. The only dissatisfaction is that I found a big spider in the room on the morning of departure, which scared me to death, maybe it's the original ecology. Overall, it's still a very good hotel.

When I booked, the hotel did not have any Chinese reviews, but I looked through other reviews and felt it was good, so I booked it. I took an early flight to Cairns, and when I arrived at the hotel, I found that they had a completely self-service check-in, and the hotel needed to send me a password to enter the front door. But I didn't receive this password, so I could only wait outside the door. I contacted Ctrip customer service, and the customer service contacted the agent. Soon a staff member took me into the room and temporarily stored my luggage. I hope Ctrip will connect with the agent to improve the process for this hotel, such as sending a password to enter the door on the morning of the guest's check-in day, and sending another password when the room is ready and can be checked in on the same day. Otherwise, if there is no staff on duty that day, I will have to wait until other guests go out or staff arrive before I can go in

Omg staying at this hostel was equally parts traumatic and entertaining. The best way to describe it is imagine if a problematic 60 year old man opened a hostel with a nightclub underneath, and all the social activities were designed with other problematic 60 year old men in mind. They don't seem to do any sort of gender balancing in the mixed dorm, one girl checked into my room in the middle of the night, because she was put in a mixed dorms with only men over 50. The social activities are old fashioned but not in a good way, I'm talking wet t shirt contests, pole dancing competitions, jelly wrestling. But honestly this hostel gave most of the girls staying here the ick so we ended up having movie nights on the girls floor, going to the market and Esplanade together and to the free gym. I actually had a good time, ironically. The facilities at this hostel are really good to be fair, the dorms were clean, they all had air conditioning and balconies (unfortunately you are not able to control the temperature of the air conditioning or turn it off when it is cold outside), they had large well equipped kitchens, a pool and a free gym. Even the nightclub was a good venue, but the social activities are like something out of the Wolf Of Wall Street. If they are going to be a sleazy venue they could at least hire Magic Mike dancers. But honestly they just need to get a new entertainment manager and this place would be fine. Location is alright, about a twenty minute walk to the Esplanade.

The room is spacious and has everything you needed. Enough clothes hangers，shampoo and conditioner etc. a lot of parking spots. A good restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Located in city center. Close to the waterfront and restaurants.

It is far away from the cruise ship terminal. It takes about 30 minutes to walk. The boss service is very enthusiastic. It should be fixed for 3 nights and solved. There is a 7-11 convenience store next to it. It is a little more expensive than the big supermarket in the city center. There are two Chinese restaurants next to it. The taste and the amount of food are OK. The price is cheaper than the city center. Overall good.

This hotel is very good. We are a family of three adults and one child. The room is very large, with a double bed (1.5 meters wide) and two single beds, separate bathroom, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, cutlery and forks. Spoons and toasters are very convenient. The hotel has no breakfast and no extra bed. It is suitable for a family. It can be said to be very good at this price. The hotel also has free parking spaces, free Wi-Fi, and a small swimming pool. The hotel is 1.2 kilometers away from the bustling beach area. You can eat and drink when you stroll. The location of the hotel is within the range of free pick-up and drop-off for day trips, which is very convenient.

It is very rare to have a hotel of this price during the Spring Festival, so if this hotel can meet the basic needs of rest, in addition to additional facilities, it is really good value for money! First of all, the location of the hotel is a certain distance from the city center. It is a half-hour walk, but there is nothing to visit in the city, it is nothing more than a supermarket to buy things. Secondly, the hotel's facilities are complete, basic things are available, and you can rest well at night. There is also a kitchenette in the room where you can cook your own meals, which is really a bonus.
