You need to ask at the reception for new sheets, blankets, and towels. There's no bidet in the toilet but it's functional. There's broken sink and no rug so it gets dirty at times. Aircon needs cleaning but the service is good nonetheless. If you need a quick stay, I'd recommend it.

Initially, the staff were accommodating, helping me settle in and providing the essentials I needed. However, within an hour, their responsiveness declined significantly. For instance, I requested access to the Wi-Fi, which was available, but they refused to share the password. Instead, one staff member suggested I purchase mobile data, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated near malls and shops, which is a positive aspect. However, the building itself raises serious safety concerns. There were numerous gas tanks stored near the staircase, and the constant smell of overused oil permeated the area. These conditions are hazardous, and I strongly urge a fire inspector to assess the premises immediately. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was deeply disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family. Red Doors needs to raise its standards and conduct thorough reviews of its partners to ensure guest satisfaction, enjoyment, and—most importantly—safety.

Room has no ceiling fan. The air-con is really bad. The room is not cold enough and had to sleep very close to the air-con. No water heater and for hot water need to take at the reception and sometimes the water is warm instead of hot and need ro go few times before getting the water. I need there since 5 years and no changers at all

Super linis sya, at very near sa NAIA terminal 3. Wala lang slipper sa loob. May heater, AC, at maluwang. Kaya recommended sya for 1 night stay.

You get what you pay for, and it's exactly what's posted here in Trip.com. Our family loved the accessibility of the property to Mall of Asia and other necessities such as restaurants and convenience stores. If there's one thing I'd like them to improve on, it's probably the chain of communication. While they're responsive in email, I had to reach out to two different numbers to update the booking, as well as to get inside the property. Other than that, it's all good considering its price. Would definitely consider it again in the future.

This property is convenient to everywhere in the center of entertainment city, next to City of dreams , we took Grab from Manila airport to here with 10 mins arrival. The view from balcony is stunning, the room decoration is cozy and spacious, they provide lots of things inside. Love it and will recommend to my friends to stay.

It's close to the airport, but it's inconvenient to use a car. The renovation of a small room belonging to a residential area, there is no problem for a single person, and friends may not be in the same building if they go together. The front desk is very hard to find, the kind that belongs to the personal type.

The room is clean and comfortable, but it is difficult to get water because there is a supply and the host is easy to talk to because sometimes the money is delayed, but when you ask for even a little while to extend for another day, the host doesn't complain anymore as long as he updates.
