Good facilities overall, the included dinner is also good. It is a bit on the expensive side, considering it's effectively ~ZAR 9000 per night for the deluxe tent.

We love it! We will definitely come back again and recommend it to our friends. Good food, clean room, a good place to relax, and get back to nature and animals.

This bed and breakfast is in the ideal location to visit Simon’s town and its coastline however the actual set up of the bed and breakfast is a huge let down. We arrived to find our room was not ready, once it was the place still looked unkempt, there was a bucket in the bath, the furniture had not been returned to its original locations well and the complimentary items seemed used. On our second night there was load shedding a common occurrence however there seemed to be no precautionary measures taken and we had to use our phone lights to climb the three flights of stairs to our room only to find the rechargeable light (obviously for such occasions) had no batteries and was therefore useless. As South African citizens we fully understand the uncertainty of power but for the cost and normal clientele of this accommodation we really expected there to be more in place. The meal times had been adjusted for the convenience of the staff who were on the premises compared to the welcome sheet details we received on arrival. The whole place seemed to be being run by support staff with no obvious manager on site for the three days we were there (we stayed over a weekend which I would assume to be a prime time) There is about 4 parking sports in front of the building but they were not being used to their full potential and often we had to park a little further away. Overall the location was the main positive. Considering the price we would have hoped to have better amenities and hope that the profile for this accommodation can be amended as there are no pools on the property unlike what the description had lead us to believe. Luckily the charm of Simon’s town and the beaches made up for the serious lack of attention to detail and luxury you would assume a place this price and in this location would have. 3/10 would probably not go there again.

Beautiful old hotel with wood finishes. You get a lot for the price. Maybe just have a torch available in the rooms. It was exceptionally dark when the lights went off.

A jewel found. Come and feel well. Very clean, very spacious. Nice decor, tasteful without snore. Very well sleeped. Very lovely breakfast. Free parking. Quick in Cape Town, quick at the airport. Great view from the balcony. We would book there immediately. Thank you for your pleasant stay.

It was inconvenient that there were no trash cans. I wish there were trash cans in the kitchen and by the pool. There was a supermarket nearby, which was convenient.

Amazing family owned place, clean, convenient location, super helpful staff who even made sure our hired car was safe, comfortable bed room with all we needed, delicious breakfast! We will be back

Second time staying here. The room is spacious, the water is hot, and the air conditioning works. The most important thing is that the breakfast is delicious. Full marks. The only drawback is how long the pilot requires check-out - shouldn't it be 12 o'clock normally?

Very friendly and welcoming. Assisted us with late check in. Rooms were cleaned daily. Full house breakfast plate made fresh daily, with many other options for breakfast. We had a fantastic stay.

Very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the food provided by the landlord is delicious.

Breathtaking views from the top of the mountain onto the beautiful Knysna lagoon. Francios was extremely kind and friendly as well as the breakfast staff! Thank you for making our honeymoon stay one to remember, 10/10 recommend to newlyweds, families and singles. We would definitely be back in the near future. Thank you!!

The hotel has a beautiful large park with many flowers. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very large and beautifully furnished. The breakfast is just good, unfortunately for Cappuccino and Cafe Latte you have to pay 20 zares extra.

Not a bad little guesthouse. No airconditioner in the rooms though. So plan your trip for spring or autumn to be more comfortable. Very friendly staff and eager to give advise on good locations to visit.

The perfect spot with beautiful views over Mossel bay. Fantastic facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast is very good and worth the add on.

An amazing little hotel just off the Main Street. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were a very good size and clean and well decorated. Breakfast was in a nice court yard and plenty of options and good serving sizes. Really impressed and would love to return one day.
