Room was simple, but reflects the price and location appropriately. It was suitable enough for us after the day of sightseeing in Budapest. Bathrooms are shared, but they are clean and renovated recently - just like on the photos in the hotel description. It is easy to hear nearly everything through the door, so you will need to be a little lucky not to have a bunch of students as your neighbors if you want to have a good nights sleep. PS: attached photos were taken at the end of our stay.

Excellent location, short walk to the opera house, basilica, Parliament is not too far away. Budapest is a very walkable city and this location aids that. Loved the lobby decoration and the building itself. Room small but does the job. Bed is comfortable and I slept really well. Shower hot and good water pressure & wifi is fast. Room has a safe, kettle, water, towels etc. Tea but no coffee which is odd. The rooms have a theme, mine was Ferenc Puskas the famous football player. Service is incredibly friendly and helpful. No breakfast which is unfortunate. It can be tricky to find. Look for Metropolis sign on the building next to the door.

A charming hotel in a typical Budapest building. Very tall ceiling. The cutest inner yard I've ever seen. The place is right next to the metro station. Highly recommend!

That’s best experience for me to have opportunity to stay with Omega Guest house in my visit to Budapest, Hungary and I would like to share my experiences to others who have plans to visit Budapest it’s a great location and very nice and clean facilities for a customer and specially the very well trained staff. The location is great, the metro station Opera is nearby, the instructions for check-in were sent in advance, very detailed, everything is clear. The apartment is large, the kitchen is equipped, 2 bottles of water, tea, coffee, cookies. I am very happy that I found this place to live. Thank you!

Wonderful hotel, great location, very nice design. There are some minor flaws that arise due to natural wear and tear, but for such a price it is not critical. There is a huge amount of public transport, cafes, shops nearby, a bakery is right opposite! Regarding audibility - yes, indeed, the soundproofing is not the best, but I very rarely come across budget hotels with good soundproofing, I travel with earplugs. And I was very lucky with my neighbors. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, and everything was very comfortable, I would gladly repeat it!
