I had an amazing stay at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Marian, one of the staff members. She was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Not only did she take the time to give us a detailed introduction to all the hotel facilities—from the gym and pool to the restaurant and breakfast area—but she also shared great tips about the hotel's location, pointing out nearby attractions and convenient transportation options, which really helped us plan our days.
What made the experience even more special was that one of our group members was celebrating their birthday that day. When Marian found out, she went out of her way to make it memorable. Even after her shift ended, she came back to our room with a bottle of champagne and a heartfelt birthday wish. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly valued and cared for.
Marian's enthusiasm and dedication are truly commendable. She turned a great stay into an unforgettable one, and we can't thank her enough. If you stay at this hotel, you're lucky to have someone like her on the team!

GGuest UserService was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location - 1 minute walking from a nice terrace overlooking cruise ships, 10 minutes from the bus station. Very clean. I had a single room, which was smaller than 10 m2 (was rather ~6 m2), it was ensuite, but the toilet and shower were made out of glass, was a bit strange to see them from bed and made a feeling of sleeping in a bathroom..

GGuest UserWe upgraded and stayed in a hotel near La Isla. The rooms are very beautiful, the bathrooms are large, and the location is ideal, very close to the historic city center and the port. You can do everything on foot, and there is free parking nearby. The breakfast is very simple, because we don’t have a buffet because of COVID, and suddenly it’s not so generous, we still enjoy homemade orange juice and quality coffee, but we will eat a little more

GGuest UserThe hotel is perfectly located 5 minutes from the beach and old town. Even if you notice anything here as soon as you're in, it's very quiet in the street itself.
The breakfast is a single, exactly the same and not very extensive every day. But enough choice in bread (white, brown etc), and yogurt, fruit and granola for the lovers but if you stay here for a longer time I understand you're going to snack something else ...
The staff is very friendly and nothing is stupid, but only the night receptionist is a little nors, but I think it is because the English language is worse.
Every day you can get clean bathrooms and a parasol so you can get carelessly to the beach. I had hurt myself and also a patch is to get at the reception!
Rooms are small and simple but have everything you need. The room is very good, the water is a little colder when the neighbors are also in the shower, but it is not disturbing, there is a good air conditioning, and every day you are provided with clean towels.
We were on the 4th floor and believe that there are 6 in total. So when arrives and leaves, we'll continue with the bags :p
I would certainly return here again, because price/quality/location is great!

GGuest UserOn the site Trip.com the hotel offers a swimming pool outside it does not exist! The house has been made once in 4 nights. The dust has never been empty.
The wallpapers were changed once.
No shower gel !
