This 850 m2 mansion, whose pointed facade recalls the front of a boat, is listed as a heritage site in Brussels. It was created by the architect Alfred Nyst in The current owner, passionate about architecture has devoted three years to the meticulous restoration of this house where nothing has been left to chance. Many Belgian and French artisans worked together to rehabilitate the 5 levels of the hotel.
The challenge consisted in designing a happy marriage between a contemporary house made with today's techniques and a historic place with strict forms from the beginning of the last century revisited, where marquetry floors, oak paneling, marble, mosaics and ironwork, very representative of Art Deco, had to be scrupulously restored.
Completed in December 2018, this mansion whose 4 floors are served by an elevator, includes 3 lounges including a Tv lounge, a dining room, 4 luxury suites with an area of 35 to 45m2, each with its own bathroom. private bathroom and toilets, numerous terraces, an interior garden and a furnished roof top where it is pleasant to have a drink or breakfast or simply relax on a deckchair.
Breakfasts can also be served in the dining room of the house. The living spaces are open to all. The layout of this place is designed for the well-being of guests who will have the feeling of being at home, far from home.

Great
AandsovaReally nice place to stay in Brussels for a few days. Clean room, good service and breakfast too. Most tourist destinations in walking distance.
GGuest UserBreakfast is delicious and the facilities are good. Soundproofing is good, so you can sleep comfortably. However, there is no elevator, so you have to go up the stairs. If you ask the staff, your luggage will be lifted up. Self check-in and self check-out are easy.
AAndreaOne little point was the lamp for the mirror at the washing box, which was hanging too low. (Dysfunction make up when the lamp is hanging before your face) And another missing was a lack of clothing box, so it was more difficult if you sleep for more than one or two days.
The bed was beautiful, the shower was good, the kitchen was well equipped for coffee and tea.
The location was perfect, walking distance from the Great Market and a good food options nearby!
