The best thing happened in this trip and we really enjoyed all aspects of what they were offering! Although the bath weren’t functional and they sent twice the engineers to fix it …. Kinda nice but also kinda getting late …. But we would like to come back anytime for the sand for the hotel and more sand 🤩

Resort itself is great, however there is not much to see or do in the area. Brilliant for a quite get away where you lay by the pool and beach. Service was great, all areas were clean and staff were friendly

Averaged scores..the development building was located too far from down town Mui Ne. The building is very high from ground..to be at lobby..it will need to take elevation at least 15 mins and too steep..very dangerous for old people and kids. Bed is too low from base..did not feel comfortable.. suggested to give better bed , more pillows and bed support be suffer will be perfect. Shower and toilet are clean..looked good except the toilet spray tube is too short…must change to be longer. Others are good and very safe place to stay long times. I choose to stay due to the pol and view from top are very beautiful. Tks

The decoration style of the hotel is very dark... I don't recommend bringing children to this hotel, hehe, very calm and down. You can't hang clothes on the balcony or they will be blown away. The wind is strong and the water is cold. It's a waste to book a room with a swimming pool. There are not many choices except a few convenience stores downstairs. If you want to go to Mui Ne Fishing Village and Phan Thiet, it will take 20-30 minutes away. It costs 200k-300k Vietnamese dong each way. It depends on the conscience of the driver. When you come to Mui Ne, try to choose a hotel close to the downtown and the sea. There is nothing special to play.

It’s worth noting that pool access is not included in the hotel stay and costs 150,000 VND per day for the whole family, which we found reasonable. The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit the nearby White Sand Dunes, as it’s conveniently situated for that excursion. However, it is a bit farther from the city center, where most attractions are located. That said, transportation is easy and affordable—a taxi will cost around 160,000-200,000 VND, or you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel for just 200,000 VND. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, with the person assisting us going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They also spoke English well, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Although we didn’t try the food at the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within the building offering fresh, affordable, and delicious meals. Additionally, the supermarkets on-site stocked everything we needed, from swimming gear to everyday essentials. APEC Mandala is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Mũi Né, especially if visiting the White Sand Dunes is on your agenda. You have to get there yourself by bus (which is very inconvenient) or by taxi, which is relatively expensive. The minibar in the rooms is paid, water is free. If you bring a bottle of water from the room to the restaurant, they will count it and ask you to pay at the restaurant price. Also, if you buy a drink outside the hotel (in the hotel restaurant the price is three times more expensive than in the shop across the street), you will also be asked to pay for it. Such unpleasant trifles and attitude towards guests spoils the whole impression of the hotel. In general, we can conclude that the hotel administration should not only train the staff, who work very conscientiously and are very friendly, but also pay attention to management and solving pollution problems, active recreation and review the pricing policy considering the location of the hotel. My family went with 2 adults and 1 child. When we arrived, there was a welcome drink, a greeting letter and fruit in the room. The space has many trees and lakes, so it feels relaxing and cool. There are 4 swimming pools including 2 small children's pools, 1 oval pool with a jacuzzi and 1 infinity pool by the sea, very beautiful. The room is beautifully designed, spacious, with lots of light. The bed is wide, the blankets and mattresses are clean. Before booking, I read reviews on gg and saw a low score due to poor staff attitude, but when I arrived, I was satisfied with the service and reception. The minus point is that the regular room without a swimming pool will share a wall with the room next door, so the soundproofing is poor, and you can hear people talking clearly. There is only 1 resort in Ke Ga Bay area, there are no other activities around, suitable for relaxation.

The resort is very large, with a large area in the middle of the vegetable plot and some poultry, chickens, ducks, geese, sheep and rabbits, no plans. From the villa to the restaurant by car or bike, each villa provides two bicycles, the road is dark at night. The beach is okay, sometimes the waves are big and not allowed to go to the sea, the swimming pool is large, there is a 1.2 deep and a small children swimming pool. The villa bathroom is large and beautiful. The house is like a sun room. The house is also very hot during the day when the sun is large, and the air conditioner is fine. The only downside is that there are so many flies in the restaurant that it doesn't feel very good. There will be no plates or water cups for a while. The food is not very rich, mainly Vietnamese cuisine. There is a karaoke, you can sing, the environment is good, many Chinese songs. More suitable for family trips.

Base on the price this resort is very low quality, very very old. I booked a suite of 2 bedroom swimming pool view to stayed 2 nights. The room is very old, rusty bathroom , not clean , the tea cup old and rusty too 😰! The only good thing is the staffs is very helpful specialy the one serve at restaurant on breakfast. Food not really good but OK. The beach is quiet. The way to the beach not nice need some TLC & clean up for nicer view.

The resort is located near the beach, very quiet, suitable for relaxation. The resort is not new but it is clean and the staff is extremely friendly. If I have a chance next time, I will stop by to rest here.

The hotel is clean, needs more soundproof, the staff is polite and talked very cute, so adding an extra table for guests is great 😍
