The staff were lovely from the moment I checked in. The rooms have a rustic charm while being modern, comfortable, and clean. There is a beautiful swimming pool with panoramic views and a bar that offers a great atmosphere at night. The location is convenient, as it’s close to Central Festival Khon Kaen, the City Pillar Shrine (San Lak Muang), tour agencies, and money exchange shops.
The bartender made a fantastic drink, and the rooftop bar provided a nice nightlife view.
Comfortable rooms, with soft beds and fairly large. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A good location for the two farang bars on walking street too.
The pool was large and nice, but a bit murky, due to rain I think. The only downside to this hotel was the awful breakfast. American breakfast consists of, one processed sausage, one egg and two slices of old tomato. Rather underwhelming. Other than that I would return 🙂
I stayed at Pullman Khon Kaen for 1 night. Check-in was smooth. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good. The down side was that the room had a musty smell to it from an old carpet that covered the whole room. The room was dusty. The furniture was old and also covered in dust. Shower head was dirty and the flow of the water was weak at best.
As per usual, the Avani met my expectations, the staff were great, more than happy to help with whatever I needed. The amenities are good, everything you need, restaurants, pool, massage....the only drawback for me, was the location, it's a drive to ”my attractions”...
Eg: Bars, clubs, markets, etc.
The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean. It's convenient to call a taxi or walk down the street to find dining options. Although the hotel shows signs of age and is somewhat run-down, it remains acceptable overall.
The first thing is walking in to check in. It's very hot. The air conditioner doesn't turn on that much. It's also good to find a large fan. Because during this time the weather is hot. When entering the room to drink cold water, I found that the plug in the mini bar cabinet was unplugged. Very confusing, when you know that the room has already been reserved, you should probably prepare the room ready.
Nice location but parking lot inside the building is rather cramped, services is great even cleaner will ask you about the room, amenities is okay but the shower towel a bit worn out you might need to check before using
The bathtub has a problem. It takes a long time to fully fill the bathtub, the tub plug is leaking... There are too few lights in the room, it's very dark. The room is beautiful, the problem is the lights.
Great hotel close to the city, yet far enough away that you can still disconnect. Breakfast was surprisingly good and they did have a few different options each day. Enjoyed the stay and the friendly staff. Would recommend if you want a relaxing stay that still has the conveniences of the nearby city.

GGuest UserThe vegetables harvested from the organic farm in the resort are very fresh and delicious. The staff is also very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The roads around the resort were bumpy, but I wanted to relax and stay in the hotel again.

GGrayz05The room is good. It would be better if they have provided water heater with free coffee sachets in the room. But what I like most about it is its location. Super close to everything. You can just walk to Central mall and to Adlib hotel to experience KK's sky walk.
