Hotel Dengan Gym di Masovia, Polandia

The temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors. Reception was not always available by phone. Staff was always very friendly. Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment. We ordered room service, which was very nice. Rooms are a big and cozy, big bathrooms, separate shower and bathtub is great. The gym and spa in the top floors is amazing.

設計超級贊，值得一去的酒店。去老城區也很方便，早餐也不錯，選項挺多，就是上餐速度慢了點。兩個缺點：洗臉盆有點小，外加窗簾不遮光（建議更換），很影響睡眠。

Lokasinya sempurna, memungkinkan akses mudah ke semua objek wisata utama. Dekorasinya menawan dan nyaman, membuatnya terasa seperti rumah sendiri. Stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu, selalu siap membantu dengan rekomendasi. Saya suka pilihan sarapannya, yang lezat dan disajikan dengan indah.

Hotel facilities are excellent, breakfast is great. But I found the most of the staff are not helpful, specially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Felt descriminated by color. When we went for breakfast no one showed us a table while others are escorted. Folk & knife brought to them while we were asked to go and take it.

It was very great experience staying in this hotel. The airport transfer was great as well, as complimentary since our flight arrived Warsawa already a bit late but driver of shuttle van was there and brought us to the hotel and helping loading/unloading ours baggages as well.. Perfect Location and Nice Hotel but House Keeping and Room Service quite poor . Body wash and Hand wish not filled despite request at Reception. Further also requested English Breakfast Tea at Reception but not even one put in the room !!

Overall nice environment with some restaurants nearby, just that the roads were undergoing construction when we were there, so quite dusty. Rlly close to a nice park with a small bouldering rock nearby.

Here We Go Again,Repeat Business Is Best Business, This must Be my 5/6 time at mercure grand warsaw, The Moment you waik in you are warmly greeted by wonderful staff, Hotel is impeccable,Rooms are as always exceptionaly clean, Mercure grand definitely should get gold award for best breakfast in warsaw, They even have champagne for breakfast, Wide choices of great tasting food, Location is the the best ,The street has many restaurants & Bars & extremely safe neighbourhood, Thank you to Joanna ( guest manager)for taking good care of her guests,
