Great Stay for Families – Warm Staff and Kid-Friendly Amenities We had a wonderful time at Boracay Holiday Resort. The staff were warm and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was great—delicious and satisfying throughout our stay. Our child especially loved the pool, which was clean, fun, and perfect for kids. There was a small hiccup with our original room, as we noticed some water seeping through from the room above. Thankfully, the staff were quick to respond and upgraded us to a better room without any hassle. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Boracay Holiday Resort to families traveling with kids. It’s a comfortable, friendly place to relax and enjoy Boracay.

Dear Zuri Hotel Team, I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025. The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. Very professional from the moment I asked from reservations team Shyla, she really answered all our questions and inquiries. Detailed information about the airport transfer service which made it easier for us to decide.  Everyone is proactively attentive with genuine smiles from their faces which made our stay more meaningful.  The hotel is beautiful we booked the suite room and stayed at rm316. Although I want to experience the Suite w plunge pool unfortunately unavailable when I did the booking. Great massages, can also order food by the pool, love the Carbonara and soft to chew calamari.  They also have a beautiful gym with the view of the Lagoon Pool. Walking to the beach is around 5-8min. Most of the time we will ride their tricycle to D mall. Php 100 for private or Php20 if joiners.  If you’re a traveler who likes to walk a lot. This Henann Lagoon is a perfect choice for you.  Overall I love my unforgettable experience. I will surely comeback again.  Ryan

We loved the room and the terrace. Rwally nice people that work there. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels which was really nice. Hotel is located close to the Willy's rock and the beach is just 2min away. Also, really nice breakfast and dinner options at the caffe/restaursnt with decent prices. A lot of options to transfer to other beaches like Puka beach but also 10/15 min walk to the boracay central mall and shops.

Были в восторге от отеля и персонала. Невероятно атмосферное место. Просторные комнаты. Чтобы добраться до пляжей нужно спускаться по крутому склону, но это интересный путь. По ночам есть шум из джунглей, орет местный попугай, который сидит в клетке около кухни. Так что идеальной тишины здесь нет. Завтраки нужно заказывать с вечера, но на второй день наш завтрак почему-то перепутали и подали тот же что и в первый день, а не тот который заказали, это был единственный минус для нас.

My experience at the Henann Garden Resort in Boracay was simply spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and contagious friendliness from the entire staff. The service is, without a doubt, one of the hotel's highlights – everyone is incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably tidied up daily. Cleanliness is taken very seriously, which gives guests a huge sense of confidence and tranquility. The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Station 2, close to everything, yet with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The pools are wonderful and very well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Breakfast is another highlight: very varied, with delicious options for every taste – from Asian to Western dishes, all fresh and flavorful. It really makes you want to enjoy every morning there. Without a doubt, an excellent stay! I highly recommend Henann Garden to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and top-notch service. I will definitely return.

We had an amazing time at Henann Crystal Sands! The location is perfect - just a few steps away from the beach and it was easy to get to restaurant, shops, and everything else we needed. The staff were super friendly, respectful and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were also great - very clean and comfortable. Special shoutout to Ronald and Robert from Sapphire Restaurant - they were absolutely fantastic! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended if you’re planning a trip to Boracay! 😊😊👏🏻👏🏻

Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The breakfast buffet was another highlight—there were plenty of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. We also want to commend one of the trainees, Abram. He stood out with his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Belmont is lucky to have someone like him on their team! Overall, We highly recommend Belmont Hotel Boracay and will definitely stay here again.
