Hotel Dengan Gym di Canterbury, Selandia Baru

I was a bit disappointed. I was expecting this to be a 5 star place, but there were a lot of things that were definitely not 5 stars. The robes were grey and didn't cover bigger people. One of them had pilling all over it, I didn't want to even wear it. The bathroom door squeaked loudly, so if one person got up to the toilet in the middle of the night, it woke the other person up. There were instructions on how to use the spa bath, but not on how to put the plug in. It didn't just plug in normally. We weren't able to use it on our first night which was very frustrating as it was one of our main attractions. I rang housekeeping the next day. Someone came and had a look and said that you had to turn a know on the side of the spa, how would anyone know that? The lock on the door to outside was broken and a small slide lock had been put on. Why not fix the main lock? I used the toilets to the side of the library and when I washed my hands, the tap was all loose and wobbled round. All these things are little but show that the lodge needs to have things fixed or updated. For $300 per night, you expect the best. The worse thing was on our last morning, we got to breakfast about 8:45, the restaurant closes at 9:30 am. There was continental and scrambled eggs and bacon. At about 9:00 am they stopped bringing out anymore bread to toast. No more croissants, eggs or bacon were brought out. There were about 6 tables with guests and everyone kept going up and checking, but they didn't refill. People were saying, they must have run out of food! But for some reason the waiter kept lifting the lids to the egg and bacon to see what was in there, but of course there was nothing as he hadn't refilled it and he was the only waiter!! I was really disappointed and wouldn't recommend it, unless you are getting a really good discount.

Jaringan hotel yang cukup baru. Kalau saya keluar, hotelnya lebih bersih dan fasilitasnya lebih baru. bisa memilih. Letaknya sangat dekat dengan pusat kota. Di hari pertama, kita bisa berjalan kaki ke tempat wisata pusat kota dan kapal pesiar. Berjalanlah ke pusat kota, lalu berjalan sedikit lebih jauh untuk menuju kapal pesiar setelah berbelanja. Lagipula, kami relatif baru dalam parkir di pusat kota, jadi lokasi ini lumayan.

Lokasi hotel dan fasilitasnya bagus juga besar Satu-satunya hal yang perlu diingat adalah jika Anda tidak memiliki air, Anda harus membelinya sendiri. Supermarket terdekat tidak nyaman

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at in New Zealand. Compared to other Hilton properties, the bed here was noticeably larger and more comfortable. I stayed in a twin room, and each bed was around 1.2 to 1.5 meters wide, whereas other hotels only offered very narrow single beds (about 0.9 meters). There was also plenty of space between the beds, which made the room feel much more comfortable. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also decent, making it a very convenient and pleasant place to stay overall. I would highly recommend this hotel — especially if you’re looking for a comfortable and restful experience.

Hotelnya sangat bagus dan aksesnya mudah ke semua lokasi. Galeri seninya ada di sebelahnya dan penuh dengan turis. Layanan pelanggan di meja depan ramah dan membantu. Hotel ini memiliki dapur umum dan memungkinkan Anda memasak makanan sendiri. Dapur buka dari pukul 7 pagi hingga 10 malam. Selain itu, juga ada air panas. Kami memesan kamar deluxe yang memiliki 2 kamar terpisah dengan 1 toilet. Jadi, kami punya lebih banyak ruang untuk mengemas barang bawaan.

Amazing hotel. Incredible service that is above and beyond. All the staff are so lovely and really care about making your stay the best it can be. Everything absolutely spotless. Super comfy beds, nice showers etc. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel is not very old so it's quite fresh and clean, it's in a great spot and staff are pleasant enough. The pool is very small and got busy but you're staying in kaikoura - get in the sea. Beds are comfortable. We didn't have time to try out the restaurant or bar as we went into town (a favourite of ours on the south island). Parking was easy - we parked on the street outside.
