The hotel looks new and room is clean. Especially love the toilet as wet and dry is separate. Comes with toiletries and even has body cream. Got a room with a nice view facing the lake. It has a calming effect as I sit and stare at the horizon.

We loved everything!; I highly recommend this hotel for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, foods and customer service. A big thumbs up!

Stay here to attend a meeting nearby. Satisfactory stay. Good business hotel Checked in late around 11pm. No issues. Location is easy to find and ample parking

While in the room, the bed sheet & Blanket sheet have stained & some small hair in it. The aircon was not cool and the bathtub the holder was spoil if you need a quiet place don't choose here, the train station can be heard every morning, we are staying on the 18th floor. Every morning on top the floor will have some set up sound even at night time. 1 point is good is the staff was friendly & helpful. During the above mentions of the area, Thier will come to identify & change it

Had a great time at Hilton PJ! They are still undergoing renovations, but didn’t impact our sleep at all even as light sleepers. Concierge team are such sweethearts!! I’ve asked them for many help before and after my stay, they’re so easily reachable on email and WhatsApp plus they’re so prompt to respond. They’ve helped me with surprising my mum with Mother’s Day bouquet and after check out, they still helped me take care of a cookie delivery before my flight. Only praises for the hotel and the staff they have. Will be back again 😊

The place had a broken shattaf (bidet). Bathroom lights flickering. Bathroom smelling of a bad odor. Ac in the room when switched on was leaking water. Floors were dirty. I I tried to use the Washing machine and all the water leaked out on the floor. It was spinning just fine but the water didnt drain properly it just leaked outside. Walls had wall paper peeling off from all sides and the wallpaper was so dirty. Iron board was all ripped off. Do not be deceived by pictures you see on the app. I wouldn't come back here unless they were to renovate the place. The place was not maintained at all otherwise the space is beautiful and big. The Chinese guy who came to gice us a new iron board and to help us with the washing machine is a very humble and nice guy. He tried to help us clean the wet floor because of the leakage from the washing machine and he apologized. Good guy really. Self check in and check out was very smooth. Note: there is no luggage storage option available.

Upon checking in, I was informed that the room was taken because the hotel has been overbooked. After a commotion, I was offered a studio instead. When I complaint again about the booking rate difference, they agree to compensate. Now even after a week, nothing happened till I have to contact Trip.com by myself. This is not my first unpleasant experience with Trip.com. Sincerely request to look into the predicament of guest who has already confirmed on the bookings but being denied a place to stay and without even being informed upfront is a serious frustration.

II had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Tenera. The hotel has two buildings: the main hotel and a separate apartment-style building. The photos online show the main hotel, which looks impressive. However, upon check-in, I was told my room was in the apartment building, supposedly larger in size. Unfortunately, the room was far below expectations: There was a strong, unpleasant smell when we entered. It only became bearable after running the air conditioning for a while. The bathroom flooded during use. Maintenance came and removed the drain cover to help the water flow, which should not have been necessary. The room was not clean, and the balcony glass door couldn’t be locked, which felt unsafe. Overall, the condition of the room was poor and not what I expected from a hotel of this reputation. I would rate this experience as equivalent to a 3-star stay. I will not be returning and do not recommend it to others.

Good stay for 1 night.. near to airport, shuttle buggy available to airport or just can walk across the sky bridge for less than 5 min. Delicious foods served

Overall is good! A pleasant stay there, there is an excellent fire show during weekend. Thanks hotel for the birthday decoration. For breakfast , I saw flies on the food maybe need to solve this problem. Buggy service from free car park to lobby and lobby to hotel room is consider fast, no long waiting time Recommended 2d1n stay👍
