Location is near Puchong. But surrounding all ghetto area. And night time back hotel parking is rather dark and 1 guard only at the lift there. Don't feel secured if park far from lift. Room :all Good. Reception : mediocre. Like you visit a 2 3 star kind of service. Not the usual Hilton warm welcome. Just asked Check in? Paperwork and Here is your card.

The suite room was quite spacious considering the rate per night, bfast was delicious however is not within the apartment block , 3 mins walking distance . Kids pool was superb, they liked it .

Welcome cookies very nice. Clean and place at very convenience nearby theme park and shopping mall. Well experienced and good breakfast. Recomend

Good location for business travellers. Abit old hotel but the hospitality is good. All smiling faces helpful staffs. Hi tea spread is good.

The first room we were given had a foul smell. The body shampoo dispenser beside the bathtub wasn’t working, and the socket near the sink was broken. We called for assistance regarding the odor, and it was found that the issue was due to a broken toilet drainage. Fortunately, the staff responded promptly and offered us a room change. The second room was much better — no unpleasant smell, all amenities were in good working condition, and the cleanliness was excellent. We had a comfortable stay in the new room with no further complaints. We booked the dine and stay package and would suggest that menus be made available in advance so guests can make a more informed decision when choosing the restaurant. Dinner was good, and breakfast was okay.

I have come here for few times and the stays were good. But, the only cons is the waiting time for the lift is very long. So, if you are going to stay with multiple families maybe can reconsider, but if no problem in waiting longer time should be ok. Take around 15-20 mins to go down. Plus, can consider to use carry ons and back packs instead of large luggage because it will take you longer time to take the lift because the normal situation is always packed with people. If you stay lower levels and not coming with kids/elderlies) maybe level 5 and below, can consider taking the stairs to avoid waiting. But in terms of the cleanliness and all, i have no issues.

Comfortable stay, limited breakfast variety but great teh tarik! I had a pleasant stay here — the room was clean, cozy, and quiet plus connected with IOI Mall. Perfect for a short getaway or business trip. Breakfast was decent, though the selection was quite limited. It would be great to see more variety in the future. The highlight for me? The live teh tarik station! Freshly pulled and really tasty — a nice local touch that made breakfast more enjoyable. Overall, a comfy hotel with friendly staff. Just needs a bit more variety in the morning spread. Would still recommend for a relaxing stay and shopping.

The hotel is clean and comfy. The staff is very helpfull and nice.Recommended to stay at this hotel because is not very far from the airport. The food also good.

I had an overnight stay at Sama-Sama Hotel adjacent to KLIA T1. The room on the 4 th floor was large clean and comfortable. At check-in I was given a complimentary late check-out which was appreciated as I had a late departing flight. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Overall I would fully recommend staying at Sama-Sama hotel as a stay between flights.
